As said, each to there own but i was raised by a father who told me you stay to the end and see it though, win or lose and i have done so in all but one occasion (when word of a serious family medical issue reached me at half time)
As said, i've paid to be there so what if i have to sit in traffic or wait 15 minutes longer for a pint.
Those missing SJW 3rd yesterday missed a pretty historic moment, if they're cool with that fine no skin of my nose but fuck me patience is lacking in today society.

This shit again. I used to have to leave early for work but changed jobs and now I don't. People have valid reasons to leave early and one may be because they bloody want to. Also yesterday was a bit of a dull 2nd half and it was bastard freezing. May be that help to persuade people to leave early. It is no fucker else's business! I agree about the gathering at the bottom of the stairs but other than that they can come and go as they please. Get over yourselves! P.S was it the big twat and his little bald mate in block 23 again? Fuck off twatty! ! We get straight on the bus and never block the gangway.Instead of moaning about early leavers why not complain about people who watch the match in local pubs and don't contribute a penny to the club!! P.s it's block 24!!! Ffs get your facts straight.

To be fair having worked as a steward it's nearly imposible to sort out unless you are a big monster of a fella because the average Stoke fan will not take the slightest notice of anything you say, in return for your polite request to move you will be greated by abuse and all for around £20 or so. Not worth the bother and risk of a good hiding for trying to help out. Which kind of makes the whole point of the stewards, erm ... pointless. The issue has been raised with the club on numerous occasions but they're simply not interested. Absolutly spot on they are powerless so I would assume thats why the club take no notice as they know there is nothing that can be done.

I saw the 3rd goal whilst walking down the steps towards the exit blocking people's views. Soon as we scored I left and was home in very quick time

As soon as they open the big black metal doors in the Paddock I leave the middle of the Boothen and push my way down to the left hand bottom of the Boothen end. I then stand at the back of the Paddock and watch the last 10 minutes from there. As soon as the final whistle goes I'm gone
Do I win a prize ?

We all say that we wouldn't want to go back to The Championship, and the days of half empty stadiums. Well the last 10 mins are often like being back in the Championship.

To be honest you can all bugger off early. That way it wouldn't take me 15 minutes to get out form the back of the Seddon stand in the freezing cold. And I wouldn't have to suffer the penguin walk up the ramp to the roundabout or fight our way through the bus queues at the top.
In fact don't bother coming in the first place. I quite like the stadium to myself.

I generally have a 4 hour drive home, an extra few minutes in a traffic jam while the car warms up really aint a major issue to me.

I'm genuinely very torn
Often it's the same people that moan about ticket prices who turn up a few minutes late, leave a few early... Some pathetic excuses thrown around, although some... More genuine...
On the other hand the traffic would be worse still if they didn't leave early, as would congestion getting out the ground in general... and ultimately although you wouldn't leave a cinema early, you're entitled too! Free will and all that!
