Is nobody concerned about the way he runs?????? Not the slightest. He happens to be a professional footballer who has played regularly in one of the world's top leagues and progressed to playing for his country, who now just happen to be World Champions and ranked #1 in the world, (I bet Germany reserves would beat England.) I wouldn't worry about how he runs. People used to wonder at Garrincha's bent legs and he was one of the greatest footballers of all time. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garrincha

What worries me is that they might both be players who should be played on the right side of the pair. Shawcross & Huth we're so succesfull because one preferred playing on the right of the pair and one preferred playing on the left. Believe me with centre halves it does make a difference. I just worry that it may not have been a coincidence that Wollscheids best game so far was when he played on the right of the two alongside Muni in shawcross's absence. My thoughts exactly when the team was announced on tv and the formation was interpreted as Ryan on the right Wollscheid took control at Leicester and (understandably )seemed a bit more hesitant yesterday. With time to settle and adjust, they could be a very good pairing imo Early days, I do hope that Muniesa can be part of our future - not sure he is a LB but probably the potential to be very good in midfield Do we know if Glenn has signed a new contract yet?

Pathetic. The lines have been drawn already. What lines have been drawn? I can't see anyone saying Wolly looks a poor player, people are discussing which is the best defensive partnership. It is a discussion board is it not?

First time in ages I feel ok when Ryan is out of the team. Muniesa and The Wolf are more than capable of holding the fort for a few games.
