On Twitter for his cock or no cock game haha pathetic.
He has until 21st Jan 18.00 to respond.
Bloody shit stains, 3 match ban on the cards not that it matters as he seems to be offski anyway.

I posted this on the other Huth thread......
He has until 21/01 to respond but it is in his and our interests for him to respond well before then. No one is going to go through with a loan before a verdict is announced and the length of suspension (if appropriate and if he is found guilty) is known. Pity it has come to this but a quick guilty plea is probably his best option - always assuming he wants a loan before the window closes.

Does the loan window close for very long?

Does the loan window close for very long? The earlier the ban starts the quicker it will be over. The loss of matches would fall on Stoke(who wouldn't play him anyway) instead of the loaner club.

I don't see how this had anything to do with the FA. He didn't even post anything on his own twitter, only responded to the game. It's not like he posted the pictures himself either. Are footballers not allowed to say 'cock' on twitter?

Does the loan window close for very long? For Premier League clubs it closes at the start of Feb to the end of the season. For Championship clubs it opens again a week or so into February.

I really do despair at what the FA get involved in. Whatever happened to freedom of speech? They would do better getting their own house in order before wasting time on trivialities like this. Exactly what has he done that is illegal for any other adult to do without recourse. Has Mr Dyke sent his ill gotten £16k watch back yet? Complete shower of double standard bafoons.

Everybody with a job is a 'professsional'. Saying 'cock' on social media isn't inappropriate. See, I've just done it. Charge me FA you corrupt bastards

Nice to see the FA getting their priorities right.
Standard of refereeing is at it's worst with calls for the head to resign and a complete overhaul - FA do nothing in response. Diving and players crowding referees - goes unpunished. Ched Evans debate and eventual outcome will have a significant impact on domestic football - bury their heads in the sand. Cost of football is pricing fans out of the market - who cares? Robert Huth messing around on his personal twitter account - CHARGE HIM.

I guess if he wanted to escape a ban, he should have done something less offensive, like call the FA a "bunch of twats".

Ridiculous. How does this bring the game into disrepute. The sensible thing might be to plead guilty and get a fine and ban quickly, but I'd love to see him challenge the FA's authority on this - doubt they've actually got a leg to stand on

Since when has the FA allowed free speech? Lots of managers come onto both Sky Sports & MotD and say regularly that they can't respond to a direct question from the interviewer because they would drop themselves in the cart, and would then face charges from the spotlessly clean FA. Plus, it's easier to take action in this manner than try to combat cheating within the game itsself. The FA needs to look at itsself(sic) and start to use common sense, but alas, we all know this will never happen.

The FA aren't competent enough to actually tackle real problems. I'll be fucked if i know what Huth's little foray into 'cock or no cock' has got to do with the FA.

Rio got 3 game ban, Balotelli got 1 game, Huth did nothing worse than either of them so to suggest a 5 game ban would seem harsh, but then again he plays for Stoke
