I would make 3 changes to side v west ham. Pieters for Muniesa and adam for bojan and give adam captaincy, until shawcross starts shouting at pieters and bardsley to stop leaving him and wilson in the shit. And you want to give the captaincy to the biggest liability in the squad, give over Last season yes, this season? I wouldnt say so.

I'd keep Bojan in the side. Spurs' deep midfield and centre backs look very pedestrian a la West Ham and Bojan could have a party.

This one looks like a routine 2-0 defeat to me.

I have a feeling we will go defensive and our attacking play will suffer Hughes probably will shut up shop with Bardsley at RB instead of Cameron and Walters on for moses after the half. Who knows though, Crouch is available now too but you'd think Diouf will get another start.

I like the in form selection by hughes. I'd have Bojan, Walters, Sidwell and Cameron in the 11 from last week. Be shocked to see a major change atm. It's just his substitution timing or lack of a sub in the second half during some matches that worries me, he usually picks the right sub. I think after the last international break and when the remaining injured players heal we'll have a good run imo. I feel it.

Would it be wise to play Adam today? The Spurs players and the crowd will try their best to get him sent off, and you can bet your bottom dollar the Ref. will oblige them.

1 change. Bardsley is in for Cameron at RB. I would have had Geoff playing in midfield instead of Sidwell.

Who said Cameron would be a definite starter , glad he has stuck to pretty much the same side though, may as well give them another go considering how well they did last weekend.

Spuds are not playing well but still a very difficult game for us.If we were at home I would expect us to win but at WHL not so sure. But got a sneaky feeling about this.
Spuds 1-2 Stoke

Think we might nick this one. We have goals in us away from home on the break. I think Bojan will have a good afternoon against their back line.
1 nil or 2 1 Stoke.
