Shouldn't think so. Expect Arnie, Wingie or Bojan in for Walters.

Wingie went off on stretcher so you would think he was out for a few weeks minimum
Bojan more than likely

It'd be a bit harsh on Walters but I think we need to have a bit more creativity to break down Leicester.
Arnie for Jon and play Moses on the right.

Arnie needs to show the same desire in training as we saw from all the lads today if he wants to be considered.
I like him but I would have been pissed off with his usual histrionics if he'd played today.
Time to man up son and think of the team first...

Every time anyone mentions the possibility of Walters getting game time you're quickly in with a reply. Have you go it on radar? Did you pop your head in the dressing room today as soon as Hughes read out the team sheet? :-)

Right sub from Hughes at half time but covered useful ground throughout the first half. Unnecessary to start him at home to Leicester though with the likes of Arnie on the bench.

Hughes stated at the start of the season he will pick certain players for certain games etc. At home we need to find a way of unlocking teams. I'll leave that to sparky

Same again.
The silliness of those wanting Crouchy and Walters sold was laid bare today.
4-4-1-1 with no tip tap lightweights is the only way forwards.

Agree with Clyde, completely different game. Leicester were obdurate at Chelsea and will fancy a similar game plan will get a better result against us. Up to Stoke to be switched on.

A bit of a renaissance for SJW. Always said he was more effective playing deeper than the last couple of seasons. Cup final season was his best for us, hopefully he will continue in this role.

Walters deserves his place at the moment.
No arguments at all if he starts again.

If everybody is fit: ...................Bego.................. Bardsley..Shawcross.....Wilson....Pieters Odemwingie...N'Zonzi....Whelan....Moses.. ...............Diouf...Crouch............ Walters did his job, but Wingie really showed what he can do after coming on! Arnie really has to up his game to get his place back! Competition is really good for the selection!

Crouch and Diouf up top, Moses out wide one side or the other, someone with pace on the opposite wing (depending on fitness/injuries), Bojan behind the front two. No room for SJW in a home game against Leicester.

Arnautovics absence today showed what an expensive luxury he is in the team and how much better we looked without him.
Yes...As Walters biggest critic he showed what he can provide to the team with his defensive ability and covering back.
I'm not sure Arnautovic is going to see as much first team action as some may have thought. On today's performance perhaps that may be a good thing.
Thought Crouch was excellent too ....

At home we must send out our most attacking and creative 11. Super Jon is a player I mainly would use in away games from the start, but sometimes his workrate and presence certainly is needed, like today!

Think we need players with a bit more creativity for the Leicester game. If Moses is fit he'd definitely start for me though.

As I said, Ash, I really do like him but he needs to cut out the drama queen antics when things don't go 100% on the pitch. If it irritates me then I guarantee you it would irk the manager and the other players who are working their bollocks off rather than giving it the big 'woe-is-me' act. Dropping him today was excellent team management...
