Hart is better then Foster, agree with most of that though! I wouldn't even play Sturridge he isn't a lone striker he is a partner striker, if we insist on playing 4-2-3-1 then he should play on the right wing, Barkley on the left Rooney at striker and Sterling behind him in the hole!

We need someone to inspire the players and install pride within them. It shouldn't need doing. Playing for England should be a fucking honour but for some it seems it isn't. One thing I definitely think ( and to be honest thought before the tournament too ) is that going to a World Cup with no expectations because we have a young squad and they need experience regardless of the outcome is total bollocks. We should always be picking our best players n all positions, regardless of age, with the intention of winning matches........sure we should have a good mix of ages whenever possible but the decision not to take Ashley Cole comes to mind here.
Players who are used to playing hugely important games in the Premier League and the Champions League should already have big match temperaments and it's a poor excuse to say they need to play at the World Cup to get used to it. They should be passionate, fit and ready to take on all-comers. For me it's as simple as that.

Roy is a close second Yes have to agree with that, Greg Dyke is a fool, you're right. It's his lack of understanding and small minded vision for England's footballing development that scuppered our deal for Agudelo, let's face it. Hodgson is uninspiring, uncharismatic and failed badly in this World Cup. His team just about scraped through a relatively straight forward qualifying group, had poor results in the warm-ups and then continued their "form" into the World Cup. No surprise really though the only really big management job he had before England was at Liverpool and it ended in clueless failure. Not a good sign really  |

3 things I hope Hiodgson has learnt ( but know that he hasn't)
1) We need a anchor man in midfield to cover for our attacking full backs.
2) Shawcross and Cahill would be England's best defensive pairing
3) My view that Wilshere is shit isn't just based on my dislike of vile little Southern qunts he really is "shit"
