ryan was silly to put in a "tackle" like that when he was on a yellow,hes had a great season but he probably cost us at least a point yesterday.i think we all agree both his tackles were yellow cards. First one was definitely a yellow card. Second was debateable. He was looking up at the ball and looked to have had no intent to foul Rose. I thought the ref could've warned him that that was his last chance and let the game carry on. And Rose's reaction was poor. I can't imagine a Stoke player going down like he did.

But Mariner was very poor. Can't command presence or run a game. Players walk all over him and force him into cards.

Shawcross had a bad game, and was booked for two bookable offenses. He screwed up. Though I'm sure the Oatcake hive-mind will insist that he was better than Cameron despite being sent off and now unavailable for the Fulham match.
Also, Ryan's bad day at the office doesn't change the fact that Marriner absolutely suffers from acute short term memory problems.
