Magic Marc Wilson has been an excellent signing
Hughes has done pretty well in the loan market hasn't he? Assaidi, Ireland, Odem,....only Guidetti that hasn't featured.

I think if the club/management had looked at the bigger picture before the start of the season we would have had decent cover at CB, if not the January was a must for bringing in a proper CB, in my opinion he has been bang average since he signed from Pompey where he also played at CB, Mark and his team have had a nightmare utilising the loan market if as you pointed out we did not have the funds(which is conjecture) pal. Football is all about opinions pal. In my opinion i think he's been an excellent signing for the club, and has shown himself to be a solid Premier League standard player at full back and centre back, but as i say that's my opinion. He's been ok. He cost an awful lot of money and was signed to play in midfield where he simply couldn't hack it. He ended up at left back because we'd go no-one to play there. If we'd had a decent left back he would not played as many games as he has. It's the same as how he's ended up at centre back. If we'd hung onto Upson or had some other "recognised" centre back cover then he wouldn't have been in the team. I think the listing is harsh but he is prone to making mistakes and some have been costly. If you look at the last chance the Arse had he didn't respond quick enough to the through ball and could easily have brought the man down. As I've said he's done ok but I was expecting more for what we paid if I'm being honest.

I don't think it's any shock that Wilo features in that list.
Generally he plays well but has too many lapses of concentration and makes too many unforced errors.
Can't fault the bloke for effort but I can't wait until Huthy is back.

No Chris Smalling….
Clearly it is obvious that because he is on Manchester United's books he is now the FA, media and Hodgson's darling.
To everyone else….he's fucking wank.

That team they have come up with his bollocks.
Why isn't the Fulham keeper Stekelenberg in there? he's fucking woeful as are half the Fulham and Cardiff sides.
England maestro Tom Cleverley fails to get a mention.
Spare a thought for Kenwyne Jones too, fucking wank.
Smalling for certain. Any WBA players….nope. Dani Osvaldo, scored one worldy then fucked off.
Im not being bias but put the odd moment of silliness from Wilson, he's been pretty solid.
This would be my flops XI:
Stekelenberg
Reither (he's one half decent game came against us unsurprisingly) Smalling Sakho Monreal
Capoue Fellaini Cleverley Lamela
Van Wolfswinkel Altidore (cheating fuckpiece)
Mentions for Iago Aspas (Liverpool), Roberto Soldado, Andrea Dossena (Sunderland), Hugo Rodallega (Fulham)

In pure stats terms we have conceded 1.27 goals a game in the ones Huth has played centre half and 1.5 goals per game when Wilson has. Now a quarter of a goal is massive over a season but it comes with the caveat of conceding 10 goals in 2 games where the referee was as much to blame as any single player.
We need Huth back of course we do and is soon as he is 100% fit he walks into the side but to paint Wilson down as some sort of accident prone sieve that leaks goals is wrong. We have been conceding goals all season long and ironically the tightest we have looked all season has been this past month.

Even with Huth in the side there were times when he and the back four looked decidedly wobbly. But for Begovic the likes of West Brom and Soton could've had three apiece at the Brit.

Soton? I thought for all of their possession they didn't do too much with it. Cameron fucked up on that occasion.

Yes Cameron was at fault but Ward-Prowse was given the freedom of the park to come forward and put that cross in.
They missed at least one sitter in that game and we gave away some truly stupid free kicks in dangerous areas as well.

If you think Cameron was in any way remotely responsible for that goal at Southampton you're completely thick. Sorry.

Yup, the one where he misjudged the cross and got stuck under it. I happen to think he could have done more in the away game too. Sorry! Attack the ball. Both him and Bego failed to take command, one of them needed to.

I was really struggling to see how that one was his fault. You're not thick then (edit: Bayern is!), carry on! Can't remember the goal you are on about but I'm willing to accept Cameron was probably to blame!
