Last week I genuinely felt encouraged - but if I was right then and not wearing rose tinted specs, where the bloody hell did today come from? That was hopeless, abject, a shambles - we were outplayed in every position except Bego's, otherwise it could have gone to double figures. We were sloppy, we did nothing to stop Everton playing. No heart, no gameplan I could tell, and you can't blame the players for suddenly losing basic competence about keeping the ball or passing to someone in the same coloured shirt, that's either lack of training routines or lack of belief in what the manager's telling them. Relegation performance, a manager who should be looking where the door is today. 2 from me * if you were there please

5 But not sure what more could have been done with the players we have , with the exception of Begovic they had better players in each position.

From the Anfield Abortion to the Goodison Garbage he has made nothing but dreadful decisions. No shape, no desire, no organisation, no commitment, no system, no tactics, no defence, no attack, no idea. I have seen nothing like that since the Holocaust Season.

Judge the players not the manager. On paper we look ok, on the pitch we are a gutless bunch of individuals with very little heart for the fight ahead

goes to show the squad available majority are not good enough , other teams have moved on we unfortunately are going backwards,, really need 3/4 quality signings but who will come to a team that performs as we are doing at this moment.. score of 3.5 from me

Today I was nostalgic for Tone - he knew just how to grind a point out when the opposition had better players. As do most good managers. I mean that's what a manager's for, no? March, I was almost thinking of Chic Bates today.....

2 - bad. Muniesa was not the right choice for CH. Whatever he did/said during halftime did not make us better in the second half. His subs were KJ and Shea, KJ kind of did a little, Shea was Shea.
He should be taking some of the blame, but the players deserve their share too. Aside from Begovic, I think they all were bad.

The manager probably spent most of the break banging his head against the changing room wall wondering how this expensively assembled squad can be so bottle less and wank. TP must have been doing the same over the end of last season. For the money these fucktards get paid its a disgrace they don't deliver anything whatsoever

I'd give Hughes a default 2 and the players 0.
Nowhere near good enough.

I don't care how much TP spent this tosser spent nearly that in one season and got a side relegated.TP spent 100million so every one said but no one mentions how much the club made in his spell he has left us this season alone with a 70million day payday if you blame the previous manager do it over his last 8 years not 12 months.

Hughes and his management team - 2
Players on the pitch - 3
Where was Pennant - Etherington - Should have crowded midfield and defence and left someone with pace up front. We were not going to get anything in the air so I would not have included Crouch or Jones.

The majority of Hughes' signings have looked decent. We were missing his best signing, Arnautovic, today. He should have started Ireland over Adam, but Adam had a rare good game last week, so deserved to keep his place. And regardless, no matter what money Hughes was given, he was never going to be able to assemble a squad that was better than Evertons. He'd have had to sign 24 players. Begovic and Arnautovic are the only players they'd want from us

* MH - 0 (done really well to get a team that didn't concede many goals to concede a lot of goals & a team that scored very few goals to keep scoring very few goals). The bugger is we're stuck with him, we can't change mid stream, but he'd better get back to basics & get those lazy buggers working 'ard, sorry hard, & playing like a team that actually know each other & care! Bego - 5, Camo - 4, Eric - 4, Ryan - 9, Muniesa - 4 (can't give the defence much credit after conceding four goals - thought Ryan kept on battling while those around him were found wanting - Muniesa, not going to give him a hard time on his debut (Toffees did that!), Bego: some good saves, but does he boss his area? full backs too often too exposed) Walters - 6 - kept running & battling, which is what we want in our position - all the fancy dans disappear when we need to battle - needs to increase his confidence in front of goal (if only he'd taken that chance just before they scored!) - but he inner gonna do it with all the 'supporters' criticising him. Nzonzi - 4 - lots of passes that go nowhere; slows the game down when we need to speed it up to get a breakaway going; too many passes that put other team mates in trouble. Whelan - 5 - tried to protect the back four but was over run & not helped by the rest of midfield Adam - 8 - thought he worked hard & trying to prompt others around him, but they were just not on the same wavelength / interested Assaidi - 4 - just a headless chicken to me Crouch - 0 - Everton's best pass completion rate player in the first half; prompted them into attacking moves all match; broke up our attacking options thru out the game; should be put in the stocks before the next home matches & publicly humiliated. Subs: KJ - 5 - showed a bit, a very little bit, of enthusiasm - but you just know it will never stretch to a run of games Shea - 1 - that's for his hairstyle - football wise he was so far off the pace, he may as well have still been on the bench?

2 for trying Muniesa and trying Assadi
But loses those 2 for his bizarre after match comments

The whole team was shocking (minus Bego) and he is the manager
