For me the best pub in this city at this moment is the Glebe in Stoke.
Great pub food, good atmosphere, cracking ales (slumbering monk is the best pint in stoke), they put some really good nights on....all in all it's just a great boozer.
Where do the rest of you think is your best/favourite?

The Talbot in Bradeley was the greatest pub ever when former Stoke, Doncaster and Vale player John Flowers used to run. Went downhill when he left.

Miners on King St is there still, but last I saw Im pretty sure it had those metal shutters on front/awaiting a buyer. I will throw my hat in for the 3 Pubs that made Longton great in the 70s (and many a tale to a growing kid..) Nicknamed the Golden Triangle....The Shamrock, The Waterloo, The George & Dragon
