I thought he was a Bayern fan, unless he's turned into Robbie Keane? I'm still not convinced he said that either.

All shaping up well for the new season in 12 weeks time then. We've sacked a proven manager and seem in danger of losing 2 of our biggest guns in Bego and N'Zonzi. Still I'm sure the Coatesy's, Dick Parker, Far flung Phil, Fat Boy Cartwright and old Scholesy have it all in hand

Bego leaving is inevitable. N'Zonzi's is a blow but it's been hinted at and been known at the club seemingly for months. Such is life!

Whoever the new manager is, he'd better be good at molding a team together quickly. I hope we make early signings. Leaving it to the last minute might prove disastrous this year.

I think we will have plenty of comments in the press about players until the transfer window shuts. No doubt other players will be quoted or misquoted as the press needs to fill up plenty of time and space.

I thought we just finished 13th the same as we always do under TP? Ok sometimes we finish 14th and sometimes 12th but you get my point. If the new manager can come anywhere near to matching that he's alright with me.

We knew Bego was leaving- N'zonzi 1 goal more than the despised Whelan- really what is the loss? Gods, this is the cleft stick that your hero bequeathed to his Successor. Some legacy don't you think? I am glad he's gone - I reckoned you could see what was coming if we kept TP but clearly I was wrong.

We are fucked next season. Could go either way. Butland can hopefully come in as number 1 or if he isn't quite ready, giving him a season behind Sorenson isn't the worst thing that can happen to us. So surely the 10+ million we bring in from the Begovic sale can be used to improve the outfield. Im sure a new manager, whoever it may be, will have a few targets to bring in so if N'Zonzi also leaves i'm sure he'll be replaced, for better or worse who knows! It could be the start of our most successful season in the Prem!

N'zonzi 1 goal more than the despised Whelan- really what is the loss? Yes. Let's judge him solely on his goals total, because we all know that he should be scoring every other week in a defensive midfield setup..

I didn't realise that bego was a free agent?
Bego, if sold will go to the highest bidder so if Liverpool aren't willing to front up the cash then maybe it will be someone else?
Also it depends on reina leaving? As I'm sure he doesn't want to go back to being a bench warmer.
