Let me get in the first one of the season.
Ben Marshall has scored for Leicester tonight away at Torquay. Our wank wingers couldn't manage that when we played them last week.
Pulis really is a cunt for letting this lad go without giving him a chance in our team, preferring Shotton instead.
WTF was he thinking?

I'm picturing fireworks with Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture playing as some people read this. ;D Shotton is the new Bale, Dave!

Who needs him? We've got Shotts Rory and now Ness maybe even Walters or Mama who 'can do a job' out wide.

He's a twat for allowing Marshall to leave, he'll rip up the champ this season. In what way did we allow him to leave? We offered him a contract, he turned it down, we did what any sensible club would by selling him before he was released on a free 6 months later.

I'd prefer Kightly anyhow. Still he should have been given a chance, atleast in the cup games. I wonder if we have a 'buy-back' clause incase he's a success? It didn't make sense him leaving without a chance to prove himself....

He left further his career, because Pulis was quite clearly stalling it. That shows a good attitude if you ask me, good luck to the lad. Scandalous he wasn't given a chance here.

richard keogh has scored aswell but no one is moaning about that This is genuine now but I always liked him and was disappointed when he left. Good to see he's had a decent career since he left! As for Marshall, the bit we really fucked up on was not tying him down to a longer contract after his last season. It was a fuck up and they've learned with Cuvelier.

How many Prem clubs take a punt on a winger who's never played a game. Let alone a winger from Stoke.

If we live to regret letting him go, I'll run to the dugout and keg Pulis.

Do you think Pennant/Ethers/Kightly were the finished article at Marshalls age? He'll develop into a decent prem winger within 3 years, I'm willing to wage £100 on that.

At least with the 90m we've spent we've got a squad that's sorted for years to come, oh shit.

RitaSue...It is quite a dangerous assumption to make that a posters start date on here is the date in which they started to support Stoke City!
For example, I think my start date states 2007 but prior to that, I was DaveJohnno, then lost my passwords and stuff so set up DaveJohnno1, presumably in 2007. Prior to being DaveJohnno, I was superbjarni purely because of the abuse that the lad got.
Not trying to score points with that explanation, but merely highlighting the dangers in the assumption that you have made above.
I remember Richard Keogh only too well thanks!
