He would be on his way now with a big thank you if i was Coates. If we are in the bottom 3 at christmas and if the right man is available to take over i would say yes.

Why would PC change the most successful manager we've had for years ffs?

In the unlikely event we are in the bottom 3 the ideal manager to get us out of that situation would be TP.

My thoughts on this are : -
should people who start such stupid fucking threads do us all a favour and 'top' themselves ?

Why will we be in relegation trouble after taking our spending beyond £100million in four years?

Come 31st Aug we will, most probably, have spent over £100million in four years. Why would we be in any kind of relegation scrap?

Well we certainly weren't all that far off one last season after spending £20 odd million,so if we aren't going to be splashing the cash this transfer window as Mr Coates has hinted, none of us would be all that surprised if we were involved in a relegation scrap this season.

Can't we discuss a more positive hypothetical scenario for a change?! like if we were in 9th or 10th place come December would PC open the cheque book to back TP in the Jan transfer window in a concerted rffort to secure a Europa league place?......ho hum,and i thought i was a pessimist.

In my opinion 3 wins off the drop zone isn't as comfortable as it should have been or as you are making it out to be. Also being bottom of pretty much every positive stats going and our shite second half of the season form is a reason to believe that unless changes are made we could well be in for a long hard struggle next season.
