Must say stoke were not the best organized there, 4 hours queuing with only a small ticket with a number on with the words 'This is not a guaranteed ticket for the europa league valencia game'
Why not just give me the match ticket now?
Didn't seem to be many there either, approx 300
Is this a result of the 'Unofficial' away ends.

I got my voucher, the number on it means very little, as you could get up to four tickets per voucher.
As I left the steward stated it was touch and go whether those at the back of the queue would get a ticket.
I think the allocation will go today.

These queue tickets aren't very fool proof, I had one with 2 empty spaces on it. what's to stop me going to someone at the back of the queue and writing their number and name on, this would then cock up their 'tally' chart as it would not take into account these 2 unregistered tickets. A red pen and copied handwriting is all you need.
A queue ticket for each person would be more sensible, that way the number of queue tickets gone is the amount to be sold, and they know the limit.
So simple , int it?

They have a system in place that was there for everyone to subscribe to at the start of the season. The system works fine. They will not, nor should they be changing the system for the moaning sods that thought bollox to the said system.

Number 195. I have worked it out that everyone we was queueing should get a ticket today, there actually wasn't that many there - I would say approx 400. Take off the fancy plane travel= 450? and the Platinum + members= 200? and then assume that each person in front of me was buying the maximum of 4, then there will be 800 odd tickets left after I have got mine. May even just make Gold memberships if I have worked that out right?

Got to the ground just after 11 and only had to wait for 5-10 mins. Everyone who went this morning will get a ticket - looks like there will be some left for Gold!

I would like to think that if it is looking like they'll be more tickets left than they thought, that the club will make more available on the phone or online to us exiles who are presently having to fight over a maximum of 200 tickets despite paying for Platinum memberships before the season started.
Do I expect the club to give any added care or consideration to those who live too far away to travel to the Brit? No, not at all.

Does anyone know if they are still giving out queue tickets? I couldn't get down this morning. No they stopped when i left (last one there!). The guy there said they would have enough tickets. If you went along this afternoon you should be able to buy one after all those with queue tickets unless they sell more online?

Good job we can readily buy tickets off various other sites for the game then...isnt it? From within the warmth of our homes. After all, English people love to queue! Sector 7, just below the official away end, better view, and probably more lively stokies that the families etc sitting in the away end. It is nice to sit together, but seeing that most people are going to be sitting around sectors 7, we are more likely to be together anyway.

Already got myself a ticket in Sector 62 a week ago mate just incase. I'm just annoyed at the way Stoke have distributed the tickets. I don't expect to be guaranteed a ticket with a Platinum membership, but I expect to be given a fair chance of getting one. Giving people who live too far away from the Brit 100 phone tickets and possibly 100 tickets online to fight over is a total insult in my opinion.
