Come on lads n ladies get a grip, we are currently going through one of if not the best periods in stokes history, 8th in the prem, been here for 3 seasons comfortably,no debts, best squad of players ever, yet we have people in tears as poor old fuller has not been given a pay rise and wants to leave, and as of yet he hasnt gone!!!.If ric had any loyalty or actually valued stoke city fc and its fans he would be grateful for the continued support and belief we've all had in him.Scoring 3 in the prem all last season simply isnt good enough and goals like we saw against birmingham are simply getting more few and far between.Ricardo wants a last pay day which shows he cares far more about £ the stoke or the fans.In pulis and coates i trust, Carew on loan is a very shrewd deal and his scoring record speaks for itself, Jerome will score more than fuller with less sulks and injuries. So all you moaners pull your head out of your ar**s and get a grip!!!!.I support stoke city come rain or shine no matter who we sign or who we get rid of, BE LOYAL- BE PROUD-BE STOKE , a motto some of you fair weather supporters need to be reminded of!!!!!!.

Good post.
People need to chillax, and remember there are more important things in life to consider than listening to the sound of some herbert banging away on his computer crying and wailing like a 6 year old that had his toys taken off him.
The squealers can burn their season tickets, who actually cares.
In PC and TP I trust, grateful for where we are in the league and where we've come from.
The rest is just noise.

People being unhappy that a fans favourite may be leaving doesn't make them any less of a fan. People will react in different ways, some that say they're nit going to games anymore are a joke, but people bitching about the potential departure of Ric is fine with me.

Decent post mate and yes oldstoke, with PC & TP's guidance we've become one of Britains strongest teams. Why question their judgement now? Because sadly it is a characteristic of a lot of Stoke people to be depressingly cynical, critical, pessimistic, miserable and just downright ungrateful. The legacy of the "sick city syndrome". I see it on here on a constant basis and it really grates when you think back how far we have come. "Where were you when you were shit".......there, mostly.

Errr Fuller hasn't left yet and do we really think we have signed Carew to make us worse??? I can understand the disappointment about Ric etc but really in the whole scheme of things we could be a lot worse off

I too am sad at the possibility of him leaving, but some of the sadists on here talk like he is the be all and end all of stoke city.Hes a cracking player on his day just those days are becoming few and far between, the people im getting at are the type that dismiss all the positive stuff the club is doing just because fuller (or any other player for that matter) is or might be leaving!!!.

I think there's a few with genuine concerns regarding the rumours that three of our more flair players, Fuller, Tunny and EG could be shipped out and replaced with less mobile strikers. I thought we were evolving into a more footballing side but if these moves happen I reckon it would be a backward step, and yes I do call myself a Stokie.

We are a one man team and we have just sold that one man. We are heading towards the vale.

theres concern numpty and theres just s**t sitrring sadism, and how these signings are a backward step are beyond me.Fullers a 1 in 10 star performer with a poor strike rate end of.

I'll miss Rick (If He Goes) but lets take the emotion out of all this, Rick hasn't really set the world on fire this season, yes the goal against Brum was fookin amazin, but TP will look at his record, his age, his Injuries, and be looking at the future. Is Jerome the answer? Who knows, but Jerome has a far better record coming into the Club than Rick had when he came in, so I think if this goes ahead, and Jerome can score 10 to 12 per season, and bring that pace to the Team, then he has to be seen as a success. There are very few players in 35 years of watching Stoke, who have made me stand up when he gets the ball just inside the opponents half like Rick does, but he will be 32 later this year, and maybe, now is the time while he's still worth something, especially if he's chomping for another deal. I also think big John will be perfect for us, and I don't think the Fuller situation had anything to do with this deal, TP wanted him anyway, and let's be honest, if Carew would have come into the Club this Summer, we'd have wet ourselves! Goaaarn Stoke!

Agreed Ross - lets not be negative towards Ric - we all would pay to see him when he has one of his days, but they are also getting fewer and fewer - the people saying we're doomed etc need to get a grip - John Carew is arguably, on his day, as good or even better than most of the Strikers we currently have - including Ric, in terms of goalscoring record

that much of an influence that come may i bet we are in a better position than we have ever been with ricardo fuller, i really do think his influence is not as big as some of you make it out to be.Biggest influence on our team bar none is tony pulis.

Some people would prefer to be a Fuller fan than a Stoke fan Wonder if they will purchase a season ticket up Wearside next season? Some people would rather be a Pulis fan than a Stoke fan as well. You were falling over yourself to fellate Fuller when you thought he was Pulis' chosen one and it gave you an excuse to put Tuncay down. Now you think he wants him out so you change your tune again. It's embarrassing.

Some of the posts on this board in the last 24 hours have been comedy gold.
If they think a waning Fuller leaving when we are rolling in cash and 8th in the Premier League is suffering then they haven't been Stoke supporters for very long.
