brillant signing, well done stoke i think the fact that shawross and cort have starting leaking goals has been playing on his mind, also good to have a bit more healthy competiton in the squad.

Top signing and hopefully that will sort out our defensive frailties of the past couple of months. Although we have got a lot of goals out of Cort so can TP really afford to drop him with 7 goals to his name already in the short time hes been in the team? There any chance that Shawcroos Cort and Riggot could be accomodated by playing one of them out of position? Im not so sure but im happy enough to leave it up to Big Tone, he hasnt put a foot wrong this season and whatever he decides is good enogh for me!!! Great signing tho, COME ON YOU RIP ROARING POTTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely nothing at all reported in the Sentinel.
Has he signed?
I'd be delighted if he has, but as the Nash signing is reported, I would have expected the Riggot signing too; or at least, some mention of it being pending or subject to medical etc.

NUmber 32 as well...let's hope he is going to be as influential as another 32 that did us wonders...a certain Gerry Taggart!

come th summer TP still needs to identify,&sign, that leader @ the back - although Fulup may come back?

very happy he's signed, gives competition now for cort and shawcross and i'm sure he'll do the business, TP's a good judge of player, notably defenders, and i think chris is a great coup.

Magic signing, Tone. Now we just need to get Cort alternating in the Mama role so we don't lose his aerial skills up front...
Especially good news because it's a sign of TP not being pig-headed and sticking with a pairing that doesn't work, which he might well have done in the past.

Sentinel seemed to suggest it'd be Nash and Riggott + a striker.
God knows who though.
TONY Pulis still wants another two loan signings to add to goalkeeper Carlo Nash.
Nash's three-month loan move from Wigan was being signed and sealed this afternoon in readiness for him to join the squad for Sunday's televised clash at QPR.
The 34-year-old goalkeeper came through his first training session with his new colleagues this morning ahead of a likely place on the bench at Loftus Road.
But Pulis doesn't want to stop there as he seeks cover at the back and up front for the likes of Ricardo Fuller pending his likely two-match ban in the near future.
He has already been bombarding chairman Peter Coates with the message, stating today:
"I still think we need two more players and I think Peter has got that recorded"

Shawcross has been abit dodgy recently so has simmo,so the signings will keep em on there toes,This time of the season every point matters.
