www.stokecityfc.com/page/Upcoming/0,,10310~1924217,00.html Looks like the South stand people may be able to have their own seats .....depending on the amount of tickets Arsenal request!! Cat B game for this match .... except for Under 11's which is £5 anywhere in the ground. www.stokecityfc.com/page/MatchdayPrices/0,,10310,00.html Can't see it being a sell out ....being on TV and also being £25+ for an adult ticket!!

Ridiculous i agree ..... should be fixed prices for the FA Cup .... say £10 round 3, £12 round 4, £15 round 5 etc etc ...... this should be fixed by the FA....no matter what the game .... can't see this being a sell out at all!

Would they have been these prices if we had drawn a non prem team??? Me thinks not!!

I agree, a set price of 20 quid for Adults anywhere in the stadium would've been perfectly reasonable IMO, the club will already be making good money off the ITV coverage as it is.

It makes me very sad that stoke are willing to charge their fans this much for the FA cup. If they froze the prices from the york game, this would no doubt be a sell out- and thats what we NEED. Sell out ground for a classic tie in the FA cup, days before the close of the transfer window... It would be the difference between a player thinking of coming to the brit, and watching us on tele and being blown away and COMING to the brit.

Terrible pricing.
Surely £15 would have been appropriate, giving that the game is on free to air TV.
Can't see a sell-out.

Just shows how much the club cares about the fans ..... we are obviously being used to cash in on the cup game ..... it saddens me somewhat as i have a season ticket + go the away games and that is not enough .... they want more £££ ...... where is our bonus for our support ..... they gave Brittannia account holders £5 tickets ..... poor show Stoke...enuff said!!

Must be on me own but £25 is fine by me - should be a sell out easily. Besides it is a business and a full house plus TV money should bank at least £500k

Cheers Stoke, like it isn't expensive enough supporting the team home and away.

Should have been a max of £20 all round imho. Can't see a sell out myself and it's a lost opportunity to spread some good news.

................and you are expected to sing like a bleeding performing parrot, and on the subject of singing it is plain as the nose on Lawrence's face that the "Britannia roar" is almost always a two way street, given in reaction to what's given on the pitch.......a reaction to that fighting, never give in spirit. still, me and my son will be there with a real hope we can do Arsenal (Ooooh me vocal cords)

What's the difference in a few quid guys?
Stoke have now become a 'big' club and are operating in a much different financial environment than a few years ago when we were watching the team struggle against the likes of Telford and Nuneaton in this competition. Back then, I dare say that most of us would have paid almost anything to watch our team play against (and potentially beat) one of the best teams in Europe in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Agreed, we'd all like to pay less but given that we want better players with all that goes with it in terms of wages etc. we really can't have it both ways, can we?

Bear in mind that Arsenal take a proportion of the gate money and as such have a say in the pricing. Maybe not all Stoke's fault then.
Expensive though!

The rule is that the club has to charge what it would normally charge for a league game unless BOTH clubs agree to a reduction. They are charging for a category B game when an Arsenal league game would nromally be a category A game. So, a small reduction must have been agreed although not as big as some fans would like.

The "few quid" difference is more apparent if you're one of the unfortunate unemployed, or on minimum wage with a family to feed, or you have kids you'd like to take to the match. As for struggling against non-league sides, we didn't exactly set the world alight against York! The club gets millions in TV revenue, advertising, sponsorship and so on, surely a little more understanding wouldn't be amiss? Some people just don't live in the real world!

30 quid to reserve my ST seat! i can see this being a sell out, and as far as £30 quid to reserve my seat i'm afraid its the going rate these days. i dont like it myself but thats the way it is when you have average players picking up £10,000+ a week, its us mugs who have to pay for it in the end.!

I think it will sell out. There will be many local 'gloryhunting 'fans that will go to this game instead of the PL match next month, prices are cheaper and there is no associated 'multi-buy' scheme.

I can assure you that I do live in 'the real world' my friend. I would guess that my finances are little different from most others who post on here. Maybe, you think that Stoke should have made it free entry for all posters who put lots of exclamation marks after their sentences?
