Mumbling Mick reckoned they would be out of business by the end of Jan. With home games being postponed, this can only hasten the end.

Adams is good friends with TP,and all that has happened with us and Vale is in the past well before TP`s time.It will be for Uncle Peter to decide. I would let them use the dome as long as the mad monk makes the request on Radio Stoke and says pretty please.

we should help them out this time of year...
we have to be bigger than them and not let petty differences get in the way.
plus it will prolong the agony of the vile fans as their club decends in to oblivion..
enjoy the misery ................. i will . merry xmas to stokies everywhere and wishing you all a fantastic 2010....

no way should we help them out
some people on here seem to forget how vale where with us and the city council over the building of the brit and its facilities.
they wanted nothing to do with stoke city and slaughtered us in the press at every opportunity and their unwashed mongy fans seemed to think that they where a better club than us so no tell them to fuck rite off coatesy

I think we should let them. You never know, one day we might need that broken glass ridden, used jonny infested, dirty syringe contaminated field behind Vale Park to train on.

I think we should. It would do a lot for our profile as well as building good relations between the two clubs.

Yes, help them out. In fact, assuming it didn't impede our lads' training, why make it a temporary arrangement? I'm sure we could strike some deal with them as permanent tennants. As has been said, we need to rise above the pettiness, particularly now that the "natural order" of things has been restored in the city. Plus, think how much it would stick in their throats that they needed our help! ;D

we should have built a ground at festival park and shared ,then we would all have been happy .time to give a bit back to the lower leagues and not have this big i am attitude That was offered but guess who knocked it back? When John Rudge was the manager Port Vale made Millions of pounds from transfer dealings, How much money did they spend on training facility's? Crwho have also made millions from transfer fees, Have you seen their training facility's. Vale have spent the last 20-25 years trying to out do Stoke City and in doing so have missed a golden opportunity to build a solid foundation which their club can build on. I say let the fuckers rot in the misery THEY have created.
