Fucking awful anti football as bad as anything we were subject to under TP the only plus point is we scraped a win. Gouranga. Blackburn fans want Mowbray gone as they are sick of watching possession based tipy tapy shite. They are the second highest Scorers in the Championship and we reduced them to a couple of shots on target. Mowbray has been at Blackburn 4 years and spent £15 million.O'neil has been at Stoke 13 months and spent £2 million,he inherited a team that was doomed for relegation and has done a remarkable job to get us near a play off spot. If you think that was as bad as anything TP served up then you obviously don't do away games. We lost to Norwich in a 5 goal ,"Thriller" recently and I felt a whole lot better winning after 93 minutes of "Anti Football" than I did watching a tight entertaining loss and I think most fans will feel the same.Give the man some time and I think he will ultimately produce a team we will all enjoy watching.

That's two more than Verlinden then? This season, for the first team, yeh but that means nothing when a player is in such bad form (we'll call it form) then it's usually time for someone else to be given a go. I couldn't care less about Verlinden not having as many good games as Brown, give him a go, there's nothing to lose as Brown is offering nothing apart from giving the ball away, if Verlinden comes in and he's just as bad then at least Brown gets a rest and he can come back into the team refreshed if he's needed. Think Verlinden may get his chance on Wednesday.

You might want to look at the league table since MON took over. Clueless sums up a lot of our supporters. He’s the biggest thing holding this team back at the minute. He needs to take the foot off the brake. I think injuries are probably the biggest thing holding the team back at the moment.

Hard to believe he could criticise the officials after that display but enjoyed his rant as shows we wound him up. They dôn't have hot water and indoor toilets in Boro so nothing new when we go I think the final straw was when he found the Tampax vending machine was empty!

We used to dream about a cardboard box. We used to have get up 5 minutes after going to bed, wash our faces in a box of rusty nails and then get changed into clothes that had been set on fire by our nan. Clothes and a Nan!! Lucky bastard Well of course we had it tough!

Fuck him..... guarantee a pound to a pinch of shit he’s done this somewhere in his managerial career to opposing teams. Just hope when we go up there someone sneaks into his office and curls one out on his desk 😁 Making sure that's the story not his thuggish tactics. Same with the rant on the pitch. He knows the score. He also claims on the BBC site that "Stoke are renowned for wasting time" He reminds me of Donald Trump he just makes things up to deflect from his own misgivings. He is a fuckin dinasour who's tactics were found wanting today,a horrible man and an embarrassment to football.

He really is a class act when you compare him to Warnock. Puts Warnock to shame really doesn't it.The Boro fans were even calling him delusional when he claimed they were the better side today. It's a little embarrassing and reaks of dirty rotten guts!

Just had a phone call of a couple of Stoke mates with this awful news.He was a fixture and fitting at Stoke games for years and was never shy of telling you his opinion. He also played for Stoke in the sixties he used to tell us regularly. RIP Wegger, matchdays will never be the same again😢 Really sad news that mate,i knew Wegger well and played with him in the early 80's.He was a hell of a player with the sweetest of a left foot and he could put a defender on his arse at will. I remember him telling me he was the longest serving Stoke player that never played for the first team.He really was a great player but as anyone who knew him would agree very opinionated.Probably that was the reason he never played first team.Bloody sad loss that is.

Was my only reservation when we signed him,he misses swathes of the season with injury and we need to get used to it. To be fair you can’t really account for this injury. Unless he’s got a history of smashing himself into the advertising boards. The older you get the longer it takes to recover, the contact in this case was with boards and not with a boot.A swollen knee is a swollen knee irrespective of how the impact occurred.

100% agree. It’s like when Wenger always used to put out his most physical side at the Brit to try to out-Stoke us, while the players he left out had enough quality to run rings around us, which they usually did at the Emirates. I get your point but I'm not sure we have many players who can run rings around anyone! (Campbell being the exception!) It's a massive blow re: Fletcher but this was always going to be the case, he has a history of injuries. Was my only reservation when we signed him,he misses swathes of the season with injury and we need to get used to it.

Third goal was offside, and the second down to our young inexperienced goalkeeper. I don't think their third was offside and was certainly too tight to get other than with VAR. Bursik was at fault for the second but our central defenders were at fault with all three, not tracking runners, too slow on the turn and on the third yet again ineffective looking for offside. Good point!

Keep conceding 3 goals at home and you'll lose more than you win. Third goal was offside, and the second down to our young inexperienced goalkeeper.

Beggars belief that anyone with a semblance of wit, could give credence to some of the claims.Foetal tissue in the vaccine ffs! The authors of this fake news crap have to much time on their hands, and have spent most of that time reading bloody marvel comics I think. Unfortunately it's far more insidious than a bunch of kids with a comic book fixation. The main aim of the fake news brigade is to undermine faith in credible news and information sources and shake confidence in science and people with credibility in their field of technical expertise - it removes anything that might provide a reliable map of the world actually works. The aim is to turn all debate into a battle of opinions - evidence becomes an opinion piece. Once you've bought into the "fake news" world you're hooked - truth is defined in terms of consistency with the prescribed set of conspiracy theories and as evidence is rendered important and all other information sources are fake their is no way out. The true believers are to all intent and purpose been brainwashed. You can trace a lot of this to American alt right politics which Trump successfully tapped into when he got elected - in fact "fake news" became something of a mantra of his campaign team. It's really scary - and it's no longer the preserve of AK45 waiving nutjobs living in a remote forest in deliverance country. Its over here. So basically half the population of America. Why else would you vote for the meglamaniac Trump?

Should Campbell be given an assist for our third? There wasn't much the defender could do with that - so I reckon Campbell deserves the assist. Apparently an assist isn't awarded for an own goal,a free kick, corner kick, throw in or penalty.

Out for 6 weeks apparently Wonder what he's done? I'm obsessed by knee injuries at the moment, primarily because I'm recovering from a serious one. Seems like Billy Gilmour at Chelsea had the same injury as I had. I'm racing him to get back fit! He is fit,and came on as sub for Scotland U21's,the other night. Sorry you've lost!

Perfect time for a young goalkeeper to make a start. Without the added pressure of fans. Please be better than Haugaard. They don't seem overly disappointed he has gone on Donny forum.

So how could 20 million vaccinated with 90% immunity based on trial results, not have an effect on transmission rates? By my maths that would be 18 million less people to transmit. Thankfully not everyone was as circumspect as you in Edward Jenner's day! Because your massive assumption is that vaccinated people cannot carry or shed the virus after vaccination. Vaccines vary in their ability to reduce the carrier potential of the recipient. Some vaccines only ever protect the individual but continue to be transmitted by him/her. Worse still vaccinated individuals take less precautions because they feel personally immune. Whooping cough resurgence due to vaccinated people not knowing they're infectious www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/06/150624071018.htmIn summary both studies said it was of benefit to be vaccinated as it reduced the severity of the infection and the former study stated the main reason for the rise in cases was a growing anti vaccination sentiment.

9 out of 10 people that die are over 65 and they along with frontline workers will be prioritized. If these people can be kept out of ICU units it frees up space for life saving operations for others including cancer operations,so not useless, also the transmission rates will be reduced. Those under 50 will not be offered a vaccine at present. Again unproven. So how could 20 million vaccinated with 90% immunity based on trial results, not have an effect on transmission rates? By my maths that would be 18 million less people to transmit. It gives 90% protection but the UK has only enough for 20 million people and so 48 million people will not get vaccinated. You must be kidding. Pretty useless then, if not the majority get it.

It gives 90% protection but the UK has only enough for 20 million people and so 48 million people will not get vaccinated.Household transmission rates vary between 70% to 94% in epicenters and so a drop to 50% will massively reduce the R factor (rate of spread).👍 There is no data about reduced transmission rates with the Pfizer vaccine or any other Covid vaccine. Quoting CEO of BioNTech "The vaccine will hopefully reduce transmission rates by upto 50%" Of course there isn't any data they are projections. My point was there is a difference between transmission rates and immunity rates. The 50% figure was quoted and people were confusing it with the 90% immunity protection figure (projected)

Pfizer said 90% protection from contracting the virus which is good as it's around 50% protection with the flu vaccine. This has nothing to do with transmission rates. 🤔 It gives 90% protection but the UK has only enough for 20 million people and so 48 million people will not get vaccinated.Household transmission rates vary between 70% to 94% in epicenters and so a drop to 50% will massively reduce the R factor (rate of spread).👍
