That decision to take off Forrester, and leave Smith on says it all about O'Neill you need to know, also Tymon was awall, and should have been replaced, trouble is O'Neill can't see the obvious....get him gone now !!

Was Powell on !!oh yes he was I saw him go off, some on here think we should build a team around him, good player that he can be,he blows hot and cold too often, you build a team around a player who gives you consistent performances week in week out,and he is not that player.

It all comes back down to the manager being incompetent, first job bring in a good keeper, start at the back, has we have done in the past,at the moment we need to score three goals to win a game,as we are conceding two per game on a regular basis.

Who ever it was, it's typical of our defending, wrong side of the forward yet again, basic defending seems to be something we can't grasp, it's usually Smith as it was for Luton's second goal, make no mistake it's going to be a long wait to get into the top six with this kind of defending, there's been no progress at all by this manager in that department.

Didn't think Powell was worth a nine, some of his passing wasn't up to his normal standard.

This is typical of a manager's thinking, who in their right mind would split up Shawcross and Huth,in the same way,who would keep playing Chester after making mistake after mistake, and even giving him the captains armband, talk about shooting yourself in the foot !!!

We do have a defensive problem every time Chester plays, can't O'Neill see how slow he is, because the opposition certainly can !!

Far more movement up front last week than we have seen for a long time, giving the midfield more options for forward passes, same starting eleven apart from Chester if possible.

Get Pejic in the backroom staff, and get rid of the yes men (there's no problem boss) O'Neill has with him at the moment !!

After the last game,I would put anyone in before Clucas, surely anyone else would be more involved than him, now we have Chester in the team another liability, I'm afraid O'Neill has lost the plot !!!

I would like to know what moron gave him a new contract, anyone who knows anything about football, knows he hides in games,I have said this before, it's like starting with ten men, always playing negative passes to someone else, then has the cheek to point where they should play the ball,I know he is in because of injuries, but Christ on bike ANYONE AND I MEAN ANYONE can contribute more than he does, I'm not an Ince by any means, but I would rather see him starting by a mile than that Charlatan,so if O'Neill can't see what most of us see, then he is not the one to get us out of this division I'm afraid !!

Our problem now is through injuries we have got to endure Clucas back in the side, the most negative player we have, hardly ever looks to make a forward pass, and eventually dissapears altogether in the game, making us look as though we are playing with ten men, he was nowhere near the starting eleven when other players were fit,in fact I don't know why we gave him a new contract,he definitely makes us weaker in midfield, not looking forward to the next few games with him in the side.

Out of all the players that are injured that we are supposed to be missing, only two were permanent starters,Suttar and Powell, the rest have been in and out under O'Neill.

That's fine if he continues to improve,of late both our wingbacks have been nullified, due to other teams doing their homework on us, but unfortunately O'Neill has no plan B,on the other side of things,Tymon put in a great couple of crosses against Bristol and we had no one to finish them off !!

Played well for the first twenty minutes, and if you don't score when you are on top, then you know what is going to happen where we are concerned, midfield faded once again.at least wasteful Joe Allen won't be available for the next three games !!

Yes, delighted with the three points.but fully aware against better opposition we would have lost that game,no question, have yet to see a plan B from O'Neill if we are not playing well in games...

Campbell needed to come on for Fletcher, and Brown to stay on with him against a team playing such a high line,we need a defensive mid ASAP, midfield too lightweight and none existent at times, and with Chester needing all the protection he can get, not a good combination.predictable substitutions by O'Neill once again, also crosses from wingbacks have dried up, tactical nous is needed now O'Neill, but I won't hold my breath because I don't think you have any.

Good question !! All of our midfielders are lightweights and lack discipline, that's the problem.

Both wingbacks have been nullified, Smith did see a lot of the ball, but always had a Man Infront of him against Luton,so never took him on,and turned the ball inside each time, teams have done their homework on our early threat by both wingbacks, not so effective now, this is where tactical nous comes to the fore.

Luton were the poorest side I've seen so far, O'Neill has learnt by previous games to close a game out when winning,Baath coming in has helped,we know he's limited, but will stick his head in where it hurts,he just looks uncomfortable on the left side,we can play a lot better than that but it's another good three points away from home.

No thanks,we have enough players who don't track back in this squad as it is,it's one of our biggest problems.

Well having lost to Derby in That so called run,won four matches by the odd goal which could quite easily been draws, and if they had been, take six points off what we have now would put us 20th, having said that we are sitting 12th at the moment and four points off 19th,we have only been convincing in one game, and that was against West Brom, which incidentally was the last time O'Neill played that same eleven, only he knows why... like every other decision he makes !!

But that's the point, our players are full of mistakes, because they have a limit to their ability at the moment, and so has our manager, certain players are making the same mistakes game after game, but O'Neill still keeps picking them !!if he carries on doing so,it's only going to end one way

Well the worry is,the recent number of goals we have conceded recently are very similar in the last four games, gives the impression he hasn't learnt anything at all,and his regular saying after each game is...we conceded two soft goals today!!

We have a run in us,but only a poor one,and always will have under this manager with no tactical nous,to talk of play offs is ludicrous with the players he has brought in, that's why he is chopping and changing the side every week, reminiscent of Nathan Jones !!

Whatever the team picked by O'Neill, you just know it will be the wrong one, judging by the last three games.
