Thought you’d been a bit quiet on this, so I’ll start you off...
So some German bloke has shot up two shisha bars round Frankfurt. Tobias(typical)has since shot himself & his mother(no idea if she was in on it)& left a confessional letter(don’t know whether this denotes that he belonged to a specific sect of his religion)
Anyroad, in honour of all things xenophobic, vent your spleen...

Article - Shitrag warning"A dad said has been left in agony with a permanent erection after an operation to fix his damaged manhood left it stuck upright." "Now, he says he is a prisoner in his own home as he can't put trousers on and is in constant pain. He also can't have his nine-year-old daughter round to visit as he can't get rid of his stiff penis. " My particular favourite quote - " I was told it would be sore for about six to eight weeks after but I never expected anything like this. 6-8 minutes would do me. Don’t talk daft, You couldn’t manage 8 minutes💋

Fair play to you and I doff my cap. But I think that phrase I've emboldened is not true really. Have you ever had to have three jobs on the go just to pay the mortgage, no car no holidays, no savings ? or have mummy and daddy cosseted you throughout your life maybe that is why you seem to find the basic's of financial reality difficult to comprehend. I find it hard to believe there are 3 employers that would give you a job. So for that reason I’m calling your bluff...

If you have nothing of intelligence to say just shut up,its quite simple.Boring predictable and incredibly stupid. Some years ago, when we were still in the top flight, I remember one of the early incarnations of these neo-right freeforalls & one of our frequent posters, now sadly left, said “it makes my skin crawl that I support the same club as some of you people, nevermind that we might sit near eachother” Well things have gotten much worse since then. There is a pseudmachoism on here that smacks of cowardice & bullying. Like a power without power...

Priti Patel has just been on the radio, banging on about 8m non active British citizens that could be working. Reporter pointed out that 2m are students, 2m carers, 2m long term sick & just shy of 2m pensioners. Silly Priti! So then IDS comes on saying that he used to talk to British employers about why they employed foreign rather than British & they said they couldn’t find enough with the skill sets to do the work. “Well why not train them”, he asked. “Too expensive”
Well WTF didn’t you incentivise them.
Socialism is alive & well, as long as you’re business. State sponsored capitalism💷

We’ve had back to back storms for over two weeks now & nobody from this government is available to visit the 1000+ homes that have been affected or talk to the media...
They treat us with contempt. It’ll be coming to a town near you before you know it...🛶

I don't think it is that Labour are elitist or patronising, just that not enough of the public agree with them. The fact that labour can do so well in London but lose their core support in the valleys, Labour didn’t lose their core support in the Valleys. They got a clean sweep... www.bbc.co.uk/news/election/2019/results

Every little doesn't really help though, because every little I do makes no difference to almost all emissions on earth which are caused by large companies, who will continue to do so unless forced to change. You won't stop individuals buying cars, but you might force companies to build them more sustainably or stop lying about emissions in tests if you regulate them properly. Tell that Toytoa when they build a Toyota Prius…..the carbon footprint left behind by t hat in the production process far far outwieghs anything non-hybrid…. And they say its good for the environment !!!!!!!!!!

The alt-right really is a boogeyman term and I don't think there's anyone on here who would fall under that vague concept anyway. They would have to be proud white supremacists advocating for a systemic apartheid type thing, very extremist stuff, I've never seen that on here. A general disliking of certain cultures and / or an anti-immigration stance isn't enough to qualify one as alt-right. The left on the board are probably more extremist on their side than the right are on theirs. Precious

I’m reinventing myself as a ‘Superforecaser’. Demonic Cummings says he wants weirdos & misfits, I can do that job. Here’s a few of my forecasts:- Stoke won’t get relegated(they’re just not $#!t enough yet) The alt-right will get more weird(competition for my new found roll)as they realise their dreams can’t come true & they desperately grasp at straw... The V shallow gene pool that is the Oatcake will get shallower as the alt-right frighten everyone out the door. Will the last to leave please turn the lights off, we’ve got a planet to save🌍

There are so many ways than can protest but we're looking at common vandals. Scum. It isn't just a piece of grass it's a heritage site but they don't really give a shit do they? You should be worried they're draining every bit of sympathy out of the cause. Thick, the lot of them. That's was my point a few posts back Craig. Obviously a decision has been made high up in the Police on how to Police XR in Cambridge. I'm sure that the strategy is based upon a political decision. On the road closures it could seem that the Police are assisting XR in their protest. Part of the strategy of XR IS to get arrested.... On the University Lawn I guess that the authorities don't want to be seen to disagree with the " cause" so haven't actually made a complaint.....following through with the logic of this it seems to me that if enough( does the number matter...just " one"?) people have a concern they can cause disruption/ criminal damage/ obstruction...and the authorities are saying " that's ok then" How to win friends and influence people 🙄.......( "we're not trying to do that"!) Looks like a bad case of moles

I gave The Walking Dead absolutely ages, I don't know how people can still watch it. They're on the 10th series now and I bet it's still full of moaning, unlikeable cunts. Well they say that zombie films are just a parody of the mundane lives we lead & that sounds just like the Oatcake🧟♀️

I always watch films until the end. Some that didn't start so promising I've ended up enjoying. Sometimes a 'slow' start is building up to something or needed for what comes later. As I watch mostly DVDs, I can speed them up if they're really bad. Most recently that'd be a Spanish film called "Honor de Cavelleria" about two guys walking around and doing nothing. I sped it up 5x and it was still slow, with more dialogue in a knock-knock joke than the whole film put together. Not that dialogue is essential - I've seen some excellent silent films. Another bad one was A Ghost Story, with its 9-minute pie-eating scene. And Lost in Paris, also a French comedy, where 80-minutes felt like 3 hours. The French do some good comedies though. I don't watch many TV series, but I remember disliking the first two Father Ted episodes I saw (one was Speed 3, which I now love), and Father Ted became my all-time favourite. I didn't get into Westworld until the end of episode 3, so I'm glad I stuck with it. I found Game of Thrones difficult to start with due to so many characters and the fact all the Stark brothers looked the same, but I'm glad I stuck with it. I liked Ghost Story

Apologies can't find anything and I've searched. So I'll start a Travel thread. Tips on places to go ideas. Destinations around the world. Travel tips on getting around flights trains car hire etc. Off to Prague in June for first time. Looking forward to that. I'll start with some advice needed. I'm potentially look at a small break in the summer just four days. Say a thurs to Mon job. I'm looking at visiting southern Ireland as I've always fancied it. Anyone been and know best places to visit. I'm interested by Wildlife and Scenery and bit of something going on maybe in the evening as well so nothing extremely remote but good views all the same. I've looked at Co Kerry as an option Cork as well maybe Waterford. Take in a traditional Irish pub in the evenings. Local Irish music etc. I'd look at flying from Manchester probably then hiring a car when I'm there so I can get around see the landscape. Then leave car at my hotel b&b which ever is best enjoy a tipple in the evenings. Basically has anyone been to this part of Ireland and what do you recommend best. I've never visited Ireland. Dublin doesn't really interest me or NI. I want to try the south or south west. Help appreciated. Where is everyone off to this year? Have you got a ticket to Glastonbury this year. I enjoyed you take on it last year⛺️

Yes it's disgraceful But if no one bought the shit or viewed it on line they'd soon stop doing it The unfortunate thing is that a large amount of people are happy to be voyeurs of others misery than look to why they are finding the need to escape there problems Exactly. When you look at this shit on TV, who the hell commissions it and more importantly what does it say about the average fuckwit who is glued to this crap. They must do their market research on a bunch of Vicky Pollard chavs to get the ok for these sort of programmes. Wish we could go back to when you knew what you were going to watch, I.e. it was a drama, it was a comedy, a film, a news programme, factual entertainment, sport, educational, etc. As suggested, I think voyeurs who can’t see it for what is is have some gaps in their lives. Brexit!

My point here IS NOT just about Extinction Rebellion...( by making this disruption they might just be doing the opposite of " winning friends and influencing people"......why not offer their time/services to do something POSITIVE that makes a difference in.a community and publicise it " we are doing this as part of aour cause, " climate emergency" ...please let me tell you about it" ..that would be novel) Anyway, what I wanted to ask.....does this mean that anyone can block any road for ANY cause AND the police will assist you in closing the road.....or is it only Extinction Rebellion that get this privilege?.....orders from above?.....in other words, why don't the Police just move them on? The French take a different approach...I'm not advocating their tactics Get a grip John. You’ve been posting for years on the ‘France’ thread & all of a sudden this lot are a problem...

Love Island is a despicable program & the sooner it & programs like it are £@#&ed 0££ the better. Killing a generation of youth Stuff like Instagram is even worse, due to the participation factor. People can view such things as much as they choose. However, they should not expect it to make them happier. I find the best days are the ones without watching TV, listening to the news, or viewing the internet. Probably not for everyone though. Nevertheless, this was a suicide for probably the same reasons that others do the same, and you could argue she had more to fall back on. I don't pretend to know why people with such wealth persist in keeping themselves in the public eye when they could simply take their money and do some travelling in outer Mongolia or somewhere. Going on a crusade against media is not going to stop suicide happening. It's suicide, not murder. And far more complex than mean tweets. Plenty of people kill themselves who have no media exposure. In fact it's epidemic amongst men. I watched my 1st Kardashian program the other week. I turned the sound off & feel it made no difference to its output. It’s vacuous $#!t of the $#!ttest order. I see she is too posh to push or even carry a baby now & gets a womb to do the work for her, the same as Robbie! FFS, He’s from Stoke. How far from reality has he fallen. Wombs for hire, it’s worse than wet-nursing🤱🏻
