I went to my first game 49 year ago. LOVED IT! GOT HOOKED! BEEN GOING EVER SINCE! It has to start somewhere FFS. Welcome to those who come. It's not really just because it's cheap or free. There must be an inkling of interest. Don't knock them folks, they could turn out to be the best supporters we have in the future. COME ON, STOKE!

Ooops! That' should read 'I went to my first game fifty nine years ago',in 1949. Knew theree was a forty nine somewhere there. Can't really remember why I went, except it was for my twelfth birthday treat. At that time I wasn't a Stokie. I lived in Kidsgrove (still do) and Stoke was a foreign country. Remember we walked all the way, and got a Wrights pie between three of us somewhere on route.
