I don't think Coates would be able to walk away if we got into the Premier, he would at least want a year in there just to say he'd been there done that.

Fornside....Oatcakes own Jeremy Paxman should haave been there to interrogate Coates...then we would all be as wise as him That really has to be the quote/laugh of the week.

fornside, as you will be aware but too many others aren't, your questions to which we need answers would be heard if only supporters could buy shares.

Anyone else think a subway or subways will seriously add to the match day buzz??
imagine the echo if everyone was singing. just think of all the thoughts of happiness and misery that will have been in those subways over the next 20 yrs.
the future is starting now!

A couple of points I can remember : Mr Coates said that he wasn't actively looking for other investors but would listen to anyone who approached him. If we didn't do it this year, then we would have to further improve/strengthen the squad for next year. Asked if they would be extending the concourses - unlikely. They are aware of some problems on match days - people standing & blocking others views, and smoking in the toilets. They were asked if they could consider rewarding the STH, perhaps by arranging travel to 1 of the remaining away games. Also they were both very against the idea of Game 39

Fornside....Oatcakes own Jeremy Paxman should haave been there to interrogate Coates...then we would all be as wise as him I think he is still carrying the scars of his last attempt to do verbal combat with a Stoke Chairman. That humiliation threw his mind and resulted in a 360 degree opinion swing around. Besides, they won't let him stand on chairs at these sort of events and that's where the problems start! ;D

Was the issue of Agents fees raised and the extraordinarily high fees we are shelling out????
Well over 1.5 million last year
the highest per transfer in this division over the last year.

Looking at the report on the official website and comments on here and from being naturally cautious regards to our chances this year I liked this bit...
"If we didn't do it this year, then we would have to further improve/strengthen the squad for next year."
Stability is ke,y whatever the outcome to the best season in a generation.
