Well I've put a stone on in the last 10 years, now 11st -5lbs that's 2lb less than a month ago, I'm trying to get down to 11 and training for a 10k in april, as I'm nearer 50 than 40 I don't think it's too bad. I was thinking of doing the potters arf but there may be too many boozy celebration days to miss out on near then.

I'm at the peak of fitness and my body is a temple. I don't wear Stoke shirts though.

I'm a little over 14 stone and consider myself as average build. When I think back though I was only 12 and a half stone 8 years ago and considered my self average average build. Roll on 16 stone. I do have several Stoke shirts but very rarly wear them. My latest onw is an xxl and was given to me by Bill Bell of all people.

Actually, yes. Between when I stopped living here full-time around 1990 and came back in 2005 people ballooned and it's not a pretty sight. Sorry to be depressing...

While you're up there see if you can lay your hands on some Dundee Biscuits, you just can't get them anymore, they were a meal in themselves
