Ah but if you could order online then you wouldn't have to phone the club, thus missing out on the opportunity to cough up more cash via the new premium rate phone numbers!

exactly what i wa thinking rory. if they can have a premium rate phone line and keep you on for a few minutes, there are bigger profit margns than booking tickets online.

to be fair the new pr guy is probably having to have the whole system recoded to undo the mess the original people probably left...

Or like today, keep you waiting for 20 minutes in a queue at premium rate, only to say that the ticket system is down and can I call back....
Rather than put a message at the start to say its broken.

It would make things easier for me if they got it working online. Everytime i ring the prem number they say your number 1 for ages and then all of a sudden it will jump to summat like 5 or higher... How can u go from 1 to 5.... Most online places charge you like £1.50 charge for using the service to book online, would prefer to pay a processing fee than a phone fee that gets me no where fast.
