Taking nothing away from the enormity of what this set of players has achieved all season and especially last night but I really think the difference between automatic promotion and play-off place will be determined by who and the standard of players we bring in on loan. TP intimated he was looking on the radio last night which was a big relief for me. We need a prem standard striker and a wide player with pace. My biggest worry of late are the two centre backs - goals yes but the gaps at the back are becoming alarming and I'm surprised TP tolerates it ? Zamora (finally )on loan would be the fillet we need. Among the euphoria we have to see the bigger picture here that we will need more quality to go up. Well done TP for getting Diao off , not fully fit or match fit but a useful 60 mins for the run in under his belt.

George2again. I heard Scholes and Pulis last night,I thought neither sounded very positive,I do hope I am wrong. Bloody hell Premiership football for the cost of two loan signings. We are living on a knife edge with Fuller and Whelan who are both one yellow away from a 2 match suspension.
