Following crunch talks with the FA over-night FIFA have sensationally backed down over game 39. In a press-release they have fully disclosed the details of this new arrangement.
FIFA were set dead against it and it seemed as though the FA had no where to turn to sway them, until the mention of West Brazil. The FA have promised FIFA that West Brazil will be in the premiership next season and obviously will be by far the biggest team in it with their 200,000 capacity stadium which they sell out already on a regular basis.
It is believed Tony Mowbray was summoned and gave a rousing speech about how West Brazil would be robbed if they were to only play in England, and Sepp Blatter had to agree: the world needed to see the samba magic of West Brazil.
Mowbray made the suggestion that all 10 extra premiership games be played by West Brom - both the FA and FIFA pounced on this idea and were quick to dismiss any rumours of the fact this gives West Brazil the chance to earn 30 more points than any other team by giving them 'unbiased' and 'competitive' opposition in the form of West Brazil's under 14's side - with the results counting towards the premiership standings.
Mowbray is reportedly very happy with this agreement, and also it seems as though FIFA is set to give every world player of the year a West Brazil nationality/contract so that he can fulfill his dream and play for the obviously most talented club in the world.
In sheer admiration of West Brazil's style Ferguson, Wenger and a series of other top managers around the world have publically backed and accepted this development; "The fact West Brazil can get 144 points in a season is a great development for football, it shows just how great a team they are" Ferguson said, before going to change his plans from the championship to number 2 spot for the foreseeable future.

What ya think? Any chance of happening if West Brazil ask FIFA lol
