Nice to have options
For me I would start with Gally out left - gives us more attacking threat than Cresswell or Delap
Diao needs a rest (he is unsettling the team) so Delap in the centre

At a guess, I think Pulis will go Delap and Cresswell.

I agree about Diao - he looked knackered on Tuesday (understandably after so long out) and I'd partner Delap with Whelan.
Cressy and Gally is close to call. I reckon I'd start with Fuller and Cressy in the middle and Gally on the wing with Mama to come on against tired legs - but I don't expect TP to see it that way.

Gally is starting to look like a bit-part player. Tonight will be the acid test.
If he can't be squeezed in at home against the bottom-placed team, things look bleak for him.
But you'd think Pulis would go for Cresswell ahead of him on the left - and he's got next to no chance of displacing Fuller or Sidibe when they're both fit and available.

I think that Diao is a little too cool and lightweight for tonights game as it could end up in a scrap.......
Gally has got to be due a start.........surely????
He won't change Fuller and Sidibe - no way

Gally has got to be due a start.........surely???? Err, nope.
It'll be Cressy on the left & Delap in the engine room i suspect.

A problem Gally has had is that he played virtually no football in the month between leaving Preston and signing for us. He'll not have been fully fit and certainly not match fit. TP did look as though he was going to bring him on as sub on Tuesday but then presumably decided not to tinker with the side as it might do more harm than good. I wouldn't write him off yet but he may have to take his chances from the bench when he gets them.

agree it isunlike us to have options and i thik super tone will use this over the coming 14 games to steer us to automatic promotion
personally i would give diao a rest tonight. we all know he is class player when he is fully fit but coming back from a long tym out 3 games in a week may be a bit much!?!
put delap in the middle and creswell on the left. i would play cressy just for his workrate its first class.
gally is good coming off the bench and need sto get that little bit of sharpness imo

True.
But it's not as if he'd been injured. He hasn't missed a day's training all season.
He just had about 3-4 wks without a first-team game. You wouldn't have thought that was particularly unusual - and the only way to get his sharpness back is games, so it's a real Catch 22.
I'd love to know what he'd been 'promised' in terms of first-team action when he joined, given half the division were said to be after him at the end of January.
We may be surprised tonight, but you can't really see a start on the horizon any time soon - although Pulis must realise this kind of peripheral role probably wasn't what Gallagher was expecting when he joined
And, even when Fuller is suspended, he may get supplanted by this impact player Pulis has supposedly got his eyes on?

I don't think Pugh's ban kicks in until the Ipswich game next week.

Cresswell has been 100% effort. 3rd top scorer? I think the deciding factors will be how much Diao wants to play and whether Tone has been impressed by Gally in training.
