If it's not Paul Merson slagging off the way we play, chances of stopping up or just scoring from set pieces. All because the Stoke fans ripped into him over his inability to say enough is enough when it comes to beer, coke and gambling. Then it's the away fans not liking the ground and complaining we don't deserve to win .Or West Brazil fans because we have the audacity to be above them in the league playing our poormans football. Well I say Feck 'em all.We are there on credit not reputation.

Justin wittle aka pike. . how many years ago was that. It was the game that we won 1-0 i think. Graham potter smashed the bar with a 30 yard effort.

The siege is on. They're having a go at us because we have put ourselves in a position where we can be shot at. ie The top!!!

They fear us thats all. They know fine well that the cards are on for stoke to go up, playing there so-called constant " hoofball " where as to be quite honest i couldn't give a shit what they think we play like, granted we do often use set-pieces and throw's and long-ball's to mama to score goals, but with the height we have in the team and the great arial ability it would be ludicrous not to use these situations to our advantage.
Team's cannot handle our style of play, and i really can't see anyside stopping us from automatic promotion, my only concern as i imagine is with many is that as we progress further and further on this season, the nerves will kick in and the wheels will come off, however in my opinion we seem to look a lot stronger physically and mentally and i can't ( fingers crossed ) see that being an issue.
What we all know is being stoke it's NEVER straight-forward but games like tonight have got too be must-win's really, and i hope/think we will win tonight and have the guts to piss on the media's pre-season predictions and go up.
Gooaarrrnnnn Stoke
