Please can we stop? Please, oh please don't play music when we score, it's just plain embarrassing. Sooner or later we'll be doing what the likes of Ipswich and Wolves do and singing along to a song being pumped through the PA when we score.

Agreed, its all a bit U S A isn't it?
Not too keen on the cheerleaders either, although it must me good for the kids to get the chance to do their bit on the pitch.

we dont need music alls we need is 2 minutes of lunacity and then sheer silence for half a minute. Delilah always sounds great with everyone joining in

Yeah, bring back the slow Delilah. I notice that everyone now just ignores block 19 and lets them do their fast one while everyone else goes at the proper pace. Gives a bit of an echo, mind. The Wembley one that set a sound record for a short period of time was a good, slow 'un.

It doesn't really matter with our shite PA, as you can barely hear it anyway!

We need one sole person who is willing to turn and face the boothen from the bottom and start it off, everyone joining in it sounds fantastic and we all no it, no need for 3 different ones to be started off at the same time. The silence needs to be that of a pindrop being heard so we all join in, cant se it happening though

The worst case of music being played when a team scores was Preston away last season. 2-0 up at half time and then Chelsea Dagger played 3 times in the second half

It's House of Pain and it was very vague until recently and for some reason they really turned it up on Tuesday night so that it was all you could hear in the John Smiths Lower.
It wants getting rid of.

It's no quieter when we score though, just the sound system is apparently better, which is unfortunate for me.

I dunno. It is a bit cheesy, but it can be fun. Went to the Millenium to watch Wales vs Scotland last weekend and didnt realise until Chris Paterson put over a penalty that we were sitting right next to a big speaker, as it blared out The Proclaimers! Scared the shit out of me! Lol.

Conna hear it at the best of times let alone when weve just scored. The only sound system iv come across which is on a similar level of wankness is currently installed inside Liquid in Hanley.
