Yes, yes, Badge - Bisp will bring all those and more, and was previously our resident expert on most subjects. Hopefully we shall be able to re-avail ourselves of his positively encyclopaedic knowledge from now on. I'm getting antsy just at the thought! You give me too much credit Murph ...I’m just mr average nothing more !😁 Not at all, Commander, Sir.............. you're a genius, and waaaaaaaay too modest. Are you catching up on 'ere, yet, sir? - I'll nudge the current gardening thread for you in a mo. And are we sunning ourselves on the beach in Lanzers at the moment, or residing in the magnificent baronial pile at Bispham?

I’m also a big fan of Golden Graham’s I’m also a big fan of Grape Nuts. Crispin often has those, 'Edgy, although I've never eaten them. Tried them once, like bits of gravel. They're ok. We never, ever have cereal for breakfast - more likely to be a bowlful in the middle of the night. I usually have Alpen. We never eat breakfast, anyway! No idea what Golden Grahams are, either - sorry, Badge!

I like them as a special treat when I get bored of grubs! Gasp! Has your AV joined the LGBT (or whatever it's called) for badgers movement, Badge??? I'm surprised b/c you're so macho! (Love that song!) As explained on another thread. I was approached by Brian Mays lawyers the other week who insisted if I carried on using the image of the President of team Badger I would most likely be sued. Part of the deal was to use LGBT for Badgers logo as recompense for my misgivings until ordered otherwise. I await their call...... With (Badger) baited breath.........

Instructions: Leave your nuts to soak in milk for at least 5 minutes, till they’re super soggy and amazinggg!!!! Add sugar. Open your gob and slip in a spoonful. 😋 “Yummy yum for your tummy tum” 😋

In sunny Bispham I’m afraid , We came home from Lanzarote when the virus first broke and the lockdown was starting , we managed a couple of months at the end of the year but have not been back since , not sure at the moment when we will get back out there .

My post today in this thread will be about the swedish society.
Vive La Communismus! 😁😝🧓
I'm not a communist at all, but in THIS case, for once ... I agree with them completely!
Today our government's spokesperson declared they will implement market rents in Sweden. The government consists of the Social Democrats in co-operation with The Green Party but also The Liberals and the Center Liberal Party.
It means a disaster for about 3 million people. They have started already, for instance in a western suburban area to Gothenburg. Today the monthal rent for a smaller 2 room flat is around 5000 SEK (£410) there. It will now be 15800 SEK (£1300) and in July 2022 23700 SEK (£2000).
The V Communist Party are the only ones protesting against this shit. The Sweden Democrats Party, The Conservatives and The Christ Democrats all think it's a good thing as well.
But NOONE has presented ONE argument why it's a good thing. Not one!
The Center Liberal Party already have presented a solution to the expected financial difficulties the new rental rules will lead to: bring in another 25 million people to our country, due to the fact they honestly believe that would solve the situation, that we actually need more working hours. They honestly believe more working hours is always a good thing. So when all children have to work here just like in the Dark Ages or in some poor African countries - doing what you might wonder, even prostitution has a limit - and when we've stopped all the pensions in the welfare system, do we have to teach all of our cats and dogs to work then? Liberalism is basically not such a bad idea, free speech and all that, but when it's not followed by any kind of mental capacity, then it's only rude.

I'm going down to the laundry room tonight, in a bit of a pissed off mode (see my previous post about rent levels) and an injured knee. Not quite the same feeling in June to go down there, as during the winter when it's all dark and cold and creepy.

It also makes an excellent substitute if you ever run out of cat litter.

Mares ('Mary'sBeanFlicker') (Fraise) has still gorn orf. The lack of our Mares is an ongoing cause of woe, particularly as he and Harry were such a corkin' double act. Bisp has now returned, so the #COMEBACKBISP campaign worked and the new push is #COMEBACKMARES. SO: If anyone knows Lilfraise in the outside world, please ask him to tell his dad to come back pronto as he is much missed. Lil, if you pick this up, please ask your papa to come back pronto. TIA!

And another thing: Get Fel an AV.
Incredibly, our favourite athlete - and indeed the Oatie's answer to Kipchoge Hezekiah Keino ('Kip' to his friends) - doesn't have an AV. This needs to change. All suggestions as to a suitable illustration will be welcome for consideration and then we'll have a final AV-OFF. Come on, folks, get weaving.

Getting through a lot of porridge lately, lovely.
Up early tomorrow to get down in a deep pit underneath a steam engine to give it a good clean, always takes me back to 1974 and the first time getting truly filthy and covered in oil, can't beat it. Task number 2 then use the available railway facilities to make a roof for the bird table to keep the bloody gulls off.

What are you talking about? Cleaning and firing very old Welsh narrow gauge steam engines musik. Bit of a hobby, very dirty and very hot. The burn and missing skin on my right forearm is testament to that. Good fun though.
