How could we hope to compete with the flair, skill and attacking creativity of a game like Chelsea v Liverpool on sunday?

What they really mean is that we would put it up the arses of some of the la de da Prem teams and give em a good shaking around. Better players=Better(?) football on the other hand and we could play completely different next season! Stupid journalists...dont know what the fuck they are on a bout!

I'd be more pissed off if I was a Brizzle fan. We've come to accept the regular dissing from the lazy media, as have Watford, but Bristol have not attracted anybody's attention for being 'direct' or 'physical', or playing 'ugly football'.

Its cause they are a new prospect I guess. They want the old guard as it were of Brazil, Charlton and Watford because they are familiar. They fear what they dont know it seems.

Those precious, stuck up bastards don't know what they're talking about, we play as much football as anybody else in this division. That big gob dickhead Ian Atkins was on the Championship spouting a load of crap about how Scunthorpe play more football than Stoke (he thinks alot of himself for a manager at the bottom of the division)... We'll see Friday Atkins Anyway, who cares what anybody else thinks, fuck em! ;D

The reality being, they want a closed shop that guarantees certain clubs an easy passage through each season. The arrival of clubs previously not involved in the Premiership asks too many questions of the lazy assholes, like learning new places on the map, can’t just churn out the same old garbage about teams they don’t actually know.
Though lets be honest, these people know very little about football, they have their tongues so far up the backsides of the elite it must be hard to gargle with a new mouthwash.
The only real way to answer such ridiculous comments is to crash into the Premiership and then shake the damn thing up.

He actually said he thought Scunthorpe pass more than Watford and Stoke.
Townsend has just said he would love to see Stoke and Bristol give it a go to the Prem this year.

The funny thing is, he says that if you stop the little clubs ie colchester (in his words) are stopped from getting promoted, then they wont have a bad season by getting relegated, instead they will be able to keep having a crack at promotions. Well i may be being thick, but if they aint allowed to get promoted, then how can they keep trying to get promoted??????
