You wanna try it now. It's getting beyond a joke to be honest.
Every other week or so they'll allow you to listen to the build up, even as the teams are running out of the tunnel, then they cut off coverage claiming a 'contractural reasons or temporary technical fault' - one which conveniently lasts for about 2 hours.
By contracturally, do they mean they're being paid off by other sites so our only alternative is to pay to listen to them. I'm not sure how this organisation which prides itself on being free of bias, reliable and available to all can allow me to listen to a radio station one minute, then cut it off another and blame a potential technical fault for it.
It's poor. That or the BBC is being run by vale fans, either way, i can't listen to the stoke game and someone's profitting from the misfortunes of a number of dedicated stoke fans who cannot make it to the games. Bloody Bastarding C*nts.

That or the BBC is being run by vale fans, Stoke actually have more than there fair share of live match coverage very often due to lack of live match coverage of both Vale & Crewe.Although Crewe isnt even in Staffordhire.Todat the Stoke match is on MW/FM & DAB.

For 40 quid you can listen to every game live if you subscribe to Stoke City World. I think this is pretty cheap for anyone who lives overseas.

No,its the new BBC Iplayer that makes my PC freeze.Everytime i press "Listen Live" on the BBC Radio Stoke my PC system goes haywire. It was after they upgraded the media player i began to have this problem. And its only on Radio Stoke, when i try the other stations f x BBC Essex or BBC Leeds it works fine. It has nothing to do with the fact that BBC isn't allowed to stream matches because it's the prematch and PandG i am interested in.
Anybody else had this problems that your PC freeze when you try to listen to Radio Stoke?
I have found a solution,go to BBC.co.uk/England and find Radio Stoke in the left column on the "listen to BBC local radio"and press go.
