Does Anyone know if and how you can order the Premier League Badges and Name and Number when pre-ordering the new Away Shirt?

I think that the creamy trim on the collar and sleeves is there to compliment the numbers.

I ordered mine yesterday and it said the premier league badges weren't in stock, didn't bother with any letters or numbers either, i'll get it all done next time i'm at the club shop.
Anyone any idea when they're likely to arrive? Thought I'd heard somewhere that they'll start getting dispatched on the 21st......
