Last home game of a succesful season is always worth a pitch invasion to me. Don't see the difference. If the players walk off in anything more than their Y-Fronts then it just ain't right.

have you ran on the pitch at the last home game of every season. if you have i have a pretty good idea about who you actually are and i can say although your an idiot, you always somehow get round being banned.
edit just looked at your age and you are not in the group of 20 year old lads i am thinking of. 37, and banging on like a child about a pitch invasion to celebrate the fact we were safe from relegation on week ago, grow up.

I wouldn't worry about a pitch invasion at all. The mindless fools who are talking about it here aren't real fans and most probably won't even turn up to the game!! Also, all the club would need to do is get Abdoulaye on the mic before the game saying that he wants everybody to stay off the pitch and I can't see anybody disputing him!! A lot of people i know will be running on the pitch. I don't know how long I can wait when the clock hits 90 minutes, he better blow the whistle quickly. I do hope you're a wind up merchant Dannystokie. A pitch invasion would be inappropriate considering we've already been safe for a week, it's completely different to the Leicester game. It's true that anyone who goes on is small-time, but even if you are of that pursuasion then I'd hope you'd do TP the honour of respecting his wishes. Stay off the pitch so that everyone can enjoy a truly well-earned lap of honour. Anyone who goes on is gonna get booed.

People can do whatever they want but if they're goin on, at least wait until the players have been round. Can't see the fascination with the pitch, tbh, especially when the manager and players will clear off rapidly.

There is no need to go onto the pitch tomorrow. The players deserve the chance to do a lap of honour after their efforts this season. It's supposed to piss it down tomorrow, so I will be laughing at any little dickhead who decides to try running on wet grass and winding up on his arse, hopefully they will then be banned from attending further home games. "Running on wet grass and winding up on his arse"? does that mean Cresswell will get banned?

Last year everyone and their dog was on there and yet this year anyone who does is scum of the earth ;D Nah, last year there was a vocal minority of holier-than-thou types on here saying exactly the same thing... Then they realised that everyone was on the pitch and they were in the stands alone. I was all for it last year and had many an argument with people on here about it, but this year it's just not needed. I remember IlfordDave getting all uppity and swearing to stay in his seat at the end. ;D

Do not go on the pitch, its not traditional, we all did it last year, so you know what its like standing on some grass....and the players will be straight off, so you wont be able to wank any of them off. Is it school holiday's??

Just for you jemma ..... as i wouldn't want you having an ectoplasm and doing yourself an injury .... i couldn't live with myself. I won't be there tomorrow as i haven't been there all year as i look after my kids at the weekend, who aren't old enough to take to the football "YET". If i was there i wouldn't be going on the pitch as i never have before so i don't see the point in starting now. So yes i am 37 and yes i am "banging on like a little child" about a pitch invasion and perhaps i should grow up. Thing is it's difficult to do that when you're bored at work and you only have to put a few carefully chosen words on here and watch a bunch of gullable fools go off on one like a pack of rabid dogs. Before you know it, it's home time. Nievity is a trait of youth though and i hope i've provided you with a fast-track lesson to success on this matter. Hope you have a great day tomorrow sweetheart

I wont be storming the pitch tomorrow. But ive spoke to my sons and they said that they will go down to the front and if other people start to go on they will as well.I personally dont have a problem with it.Staying up this season is just as big if not a bigger success than last season in my opinion

Its inevitable, it will happen, as will some chavvy idiot acting big towards an opposing player. I would tell them don't go on, but have you ever tried to tell a chav not to do something? It's like talking to a monkey in a cap and horizontal striped jumper.

Beardy what exactly is wrong with what I've said?Running on the pitch at the end of a nothing game is an incredibly selfish and greedy thing to do. And as I made clear, it's also a stupid thing to do, with the club having made clear they will take a pretty dim view. My sincerest apologies if I've offended you. If you read on mate you'll see ..... nothing ;D

Dunno if it's been mentioned on here, wheel me if it has, conna be arsed to read through the last 3 pages but...
I've got family up in Wigan, and the word on the street up there is that they're bringing some idiots down with them trying to avenge what happened at the JJB, and they're intent on going on the pitch themselves to ruin our celebrations.
Anyone else heard similar?

Don't go on the fucking pitch. You will ruin the moment. Pitch invasions are for dramatic last day encounters. End of story.
