I sent them an e-mail asking how they feel in hindsight to paying out on Stoke ;D
Hi Brian (my names not Brian, I just called myself Brian Small for the sake of the email)
You sent a message in wondering how I was feeling after paying out on Stoke to go down, well I can tell you that I feel like a feckin’ eejit to be honest! Although to be fair, just about every so called expert said the exact same thing - but we put our money where our mouth is so to speak.
That said we called it completely wrong – not for the first time and definitely not for the last time!
It’s a pretty expensive slice of humble pie that I’m eating….but I have to say hats off to Stoke & the fans, they fully deserve to survive.
