Apologies if already posted. msn.football365.com/story/0,17033,8652_5209653,00.html ''Believing there is a significant body of Premier League clubs fearful of their futures should they get relegated out of the top flight at some stage, Gartside is set to put forward a plan that would see a second tier added to the competition, including the introduction of Glasgow giants Celtic and Rangers.
In theory, the addition of Scotland's big two should generate more enthusiasm from broadcasters, allowing the Premier League to make up the financial shortfall that would inevitably follow the addition of an extra 16 teams to the current 20, making up two leagues of 18''.It would give teams some financial protection but it wouldn't half make it more difficult to stay in the top flight!!

Read it, what a crock of shit. Why don't we just have "Premier League 1 -4 " and have done with it?
These clubs created the Premier League cash cow and now they're worried if they get thrown out!
