I'm definately not. Although I feel nervous as fook before any game recently. Newcastle have some expensive players (although lots of them are shite), and I think on their day they can give good teams a game. They do seem to be arseholes though and have no confidence and don't work as a team. Hopefully Shearer hasn't changed this. We're on great form right now, hopefully it will be extended for a couple more games yet. We usually don't preform as well against clubs we should beat, (Middlesbrough). I our lads will be up for it and if Tony uses the same attacking mentality as last week, we should take an early lead as their defense is shit. Let's get the atmosphere going today lads, Come on Stoke!

I'm hoping for a clean sheat. 1-0 or 2-0 sounds sensible

Theres something about some games. For me this run started after Christmas when we knew we had the easier run in of our rivals.
When we played Citeh I thought we would win but I had a "negative" vibe about Pompey.
Im not too confident about today if we start sitting back and inviting pressure for some reason but what the hell supporting Stoke is never easy.

Not confident - if I think about rationally, I'm confident. We're home, we're healthy, playing so well of late - Castle's a mess away from home, they're hurt...
...but I've just got that pit in my stomach that says I'd be happy for a draw.

Yeh I have that feeling that things won't go our way today but at least if we do win then it will feel 10x better! And hey we drew 0-0 with them when we were in the championship and now we are stroger with Beattie up front instead of Parkin and Newcastle have just got worse!

While we have a good chance today, I never like to feel to confident. As we all know anything can happen and football has a habit of kicking you in the knackers. Im buzzing but feeling a bit edgy as well. Come on Stoke !

i am, we'll stuff the geordies w****** today the pressure is all on them to take 3 points, we should be and will be well up for this game,,,,, after a couple of good results our confidence should be good, and with the opportunity to open the gap further at home from 3rd bottom. its all to get out there and play for i'm having us on my accy coupon today and i dont normally do it after losing some good money through us in the past.

December 6th 2008.... NUFC v SCFC 2-2.....2-0 down at half time and looked shambolic, Fuller comes on with 20 minutes to go. We could've got a third goal as well. We had no Ethers, no Beattie and were away.
Confident....we have a score to settle after the keegan circus last january ;D
