Atletico Madrid 4 - 3 Barcelona. Romario scored a hat-trick in the first half, Atleti 0-3 down at half time, incredible recovery second half, a game that has gone down in A.Madrid's folklore.

I really do have such a soft spot for Atletico. What a game that was. HOWEVER... Best game I've ever been that that didn't involve Stoke... Celtic v. Nott'm Forest in Europe back in the early 1980s. The 1st leg was a draw at the City Ground but Cloughie's Forest won the second leg 2-0 at Parkhead. I actually stood with the Forest fans that night and the atmosphere was incredible! I was also at Wembley on the night England defeated Holland 4-1 in 1996. What a night that was. Just unbelievable.

Rangers v Celtic at Ibrox when about 10 Leek lads went with the Stoke on Trent Rangers supporters branch
McCoist, Hateley and Mojo socced it to the Bhoys 3-0, and the atmosphere was amazing
Every street corner had a different fanzine, and crowds just pissed as they walked to the ground - different world
Other than that, Leek Town drawing 5-5 with Wycombe Wanderers in the FA Cup at Hamil Park - unbelievable game witnessed by probably two and a half thousand

I was there for the Scotland game... it was definitely 2-0 Yup, defo 2-0 as they missed a penalty and Englands immediate answer to that was for gazza to score that goal he lobbed over hendry and then smashed into the bottom corner to receive the "dentist chair" celebration ;D ;D

In 1986 I went to see Wrexham play Real Zaragoza in the European Cup Winners Cup. 0-0 from first leg in Spain, 0-0 at full time, 2-2 after extra time. Wrexham went out on away goals rule.
Fantastic performance by Wrexham against a talented Zaragoza side that clearly didn't fancy a trip to the Racecourse Ground.
Loads of chances - mostly long balls to a big centre forward - Jim Steel? I think.
You can see why I'd have enjoyed it!

Ivory Coast v Serbia and Montenegro at the 2006 World Cup. Ivory Coast came from 2-0 down to win 3-2. Funnily enough two Stoke linked players both scored that night, Zigic and Dindane. Superb game, made better for the fact that the tickets we bought off a tout outside in the pouring rain, put us in a box with the owners of Spartak Moscow, a meal, a 'goody bag' including a gold money clip and watch and free beer all night!

Wolves v Leeds circa 72? Leeds needed a result in the last match of the season to win the league.............but lost 2-1 and Derby won it. I was in the South bank. Leeds fans climbed into the ground when they closed the turnstiles an hour before kick off and me and my brother had to scale the floodlights to escape the crush. The Leeds fans didn't take it too well and rioted after the match.

Bolton 2-2 Arsenal a few years ago at the Reebok, my mate who's a Bolton fan had his mate's season ticket who was on holiday so I had it. Arsenal went 2-0 up and Bolton came back to make it 2-2, quite a good atmosphere as well.
