This week a 1-1 draw Having been in there for a week or so now, I'm sure Alan Shearer and Iain Dowie will appreciate the sheer enormity of their task at St James' Park - it is massive. That said, I did think they played OK against Chelsea, and they certainly worked hard enough, so there was perhaps the odd sign that something is there for them. Can Newcastle now go to Stoke and compete with them, their physicality and the support of the home crowd? It'll be tough, so I have to go for a draw. news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/7989485.stm

Has he ever predicted us to win?
Even when he admits it'll be a tough task, he still says they'll come away with a point.

Hansen should do the predictions he has a clue about Football which Lawrenson clearly doesn't

I like Collymore alot, probably the best pundit in the entire media at the moment, if not definatly the best on television. Always gives us credit, nice to see he's predicted us a 2-1 win and also predicted us a win last week.

It doesn't matter who predicts it, it's probably only some kid in the BBC office anyway. Even if it was Lawrenson, what does it matter?

As long as he doesn't predict us to win!
A 1-1 lawro prediction equates to about 3-0 to us by my reckoning.

last week he got four results right out of ten!
Given that there are three possibilities for each match (home win, draw or away win) that is really no better completely random selection.
Fantastic punditry!

I even predicted you'd predict that he would predict we would draw ! That's spooky. I predicted you would post a thread predicting him predicting Lawro predicting a draw. Amazing
