West Brom hardman Jonas Olsson enjoyed his bloody battle with Stoke striker Ricardo Fuller on Saturday.
Fuller finished on the winning team and Olsson said: “Fuller? He’s a physical player, as I am, and we’re both passionate. He had blood in his mouth? I had blood everywhere.
"Blood, sweat and tears, that’s how football is.”
Love the last bit ;D

Mr Olsson seems to be bestowed with a strength of character lacking in most of his collegues.

He was a real moaning Cnut though wasnt he? Wanted a free kick every time anyone went near him but not averse to sticking an elbow into BT then moaning about the free kick against him. Been with Moanbray too long.

He was moaning all the time! Couple that with the fact that he isn't actualy very good and I think West Brom have a perfect centre half.

Having clearly found no answers there, the Swiss defender admitted to feeling "------- devastated". From the Telegraph this morning ;D

He does seem committed to wba though. Although he isnt great, they could do with more players like him and robinson

He's easily their best defender although thats not difficult is it? Not really when you think of that pile of shite Martis he had next to him. Theres also Ryan Donk?, great name. Olsson was a cock all game on Saturday and is act of thuggery with his elbow on BT was ridiculous, especially when he starting yelling at BT to get up. Idiot. If Fuller had his way, he would of smacked him too.

Olsson may be a moaning git but he was solid against us. Let down by Martis & co though.

Olsson was whingeing all through the game...but he is probably the best of a very poor bunch of defenders mind you when they have Martis Donk and zuiverloon to choose from is not difficult. Will probably find his level nextseason

Gleghorn seemed to think that Olsson was one of the worst players he'd seen in a long time. I must say, his defending was pretty poor for Beattie's goal. Poor refereeing for that spat with Fuller as well, I'd been watching it develop for a good 5 minutes before the incident where Olsson got booked. Could have been prevented.

Olsson also pretty much admitted - "We're shit and we know we are!" He said: "This style of play can succeed in the Premier League, but you have to look at the materials, the players you have, and that's why we lost." ;D www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_5153159,00.html
