I know we like to have a pop at Phil Brown, but he is an amateur compared to "Big Sam's" Olympic class smugness.
Sam had that ridiculous self-satisfied smirk on his face on MOTD last night after his relegation haunted Blackburn side had been gifted 3 vital points by a shocker of a refereeing decision and a big slice of luck.
TP cuts an admirable figure by contrast in his MOTD interviews by simply trotting out his familiar mantra of "aaard work", not a hint of self congratulation or vindication anywhere to be seen.
Well done TP. Save any "up yours" until the end of the season!

Don't worry Blackburn will be one of the teams to go down next season. I don't like him because of his implications with the bent football agents plus his obviously dodgy son. What goes around.

You wouldn't even have to be told that Brown 'learned the ropes' from him would you?

I think they'll survive. Assuming that Brazil and Boro are gone, then it'll be between Newcastle, Dull and Blunderland for 18th place.

I used to quite like Big fat Sam, can't stand the smug git now though. I would prefer Newcastle then Hull to go down before Blackburn.

I really hope Beattie and Fuller rip their back four to shreds.
