Renewed at lunchtime, got there at 1pm and with 5 kiosks open there was a queue probably about 20-30 deep
By the time I got served (at 1.40pm) the queue has grown massively to the end of the shop (and was 2/3 people across, not single file)!
They said it was the same yesterday, although today is pay day so presume they will be busy all afternoon!
Only gripe (don't mind the waiting) was that they insisted I have to take ID for my son (who is 7) to the ground - let me renew anyway but have to prove who he is next time I am there before they can release the ticket - he has been a season ticket holder for a season and a half, is a member of the City 7's etc yet they still need some proof that he isn't really 18!
Can understand if this was a new application, its a bit daft for renewals.

The youngster would have to be aged 10 when the season starts Oddly enough it looks as though you can renew on the website without any proof of age - quite easy to do if you are paying up front I was down at the Brit at lunchtime and it was busy - and freezing (for a change! )

i had a letter today with my receipt and also a note saying i have to bring a copy of my DOB so they can keep it on record i dont see the point when i've had a Season Ticket for a the last three years so they know how old i am and the last time i sent a copy of my birth certificate in was for my away card and they still managed to get my DOB wrong,

I renewed my lad's today and they accepted his away card as proof of age. Bit daft really because no bugger checks age/ID at the turnstile.
