Reading had climbed out of the bottom three and must have fancied their chances for survival. Fulham must have thought they were gone. Sounds something like this year? I hope not!

I think it shows any side in freefall at the moment had better be worried for Reading read Hull, Bolton or Sunderland and as for us, well it shows we need to keep our feet on the ground and the good form up, momentum is everything at this point in the season.

Those sides had all played two games more than we have. Reading had the same points from two more games.
Edit - ID - whoever he is ;D has beaten me to it.

JPM64. I know where you are coming from mate, but also birmingham and reading were relegated on 35 & 36 pts, so working on your theory, and not to get you worried, 5 more points and we are safe.

i think Boro and West Brom are down, and that just leaves one place, which i think will go to sunderland or newcastle, the sooner we get to 39 pints the better, that will see us safe im sure, anything after that is a bonus

Follow it through and it shows that Fulham survived with just 36 points. Would be nice if that was the cut off point this season.

Amazing that Fulham survived from that, just means nothing is done and dusted till we can't be caught.
