ok He Hasnt been at his best since he's come back but he is still a major player in our season and i for one really wish him the best and hope that we see him again the season Goooaaarrrnnn Mama

without him on the pitch, we would not have won on saturday, he took 4 defenders out of the game for rory's throw in.

Ironically, I went to a Villa v Blues match a few years ago and Matthew Upson was carried off in the warm-up with a cruciate ligament injury.

Poor Mama. He's not been the same since his injury, almost like he's scared of stressing it again. Looks like he might have done last night. Hope he recovers quickly.
