I'll bet it was that absolute weapon who wore the high-visability luminous green jacket in the away end and acted the clown all afternoon.
You couldn't miss him, even from 120 yards away in Block 23. A plum of the highest order.

take yor pick from any of the 1800 C&A rejects that frequented the away end.
Still think you took more than us to you, chief?
Officially we took over 300 more. Fact.
Nowt to crow about obviously, but it seems that size is so important to you. Shame you came up short on that score. Again.
Arf.

I actually couldn't care less how many fans we take or how loud we are.. it's just it seems like you're fans are absolutely convinced your fans are brilliant and the best in the league when to be honest you were piss poor yesterday. You can certainly tell that this is your first crack at this Premier League molarki. Bless you all.

I was by your fans yesterday, you had a few sing songs going first half, mainly one song mind and the other to remind the many seemingly brain dead members of your support of which side was left and right. You were however utterly drowned out in the 2nd half.

The best home atmosphere i've experienced so far has been Everton. My god they were loud.

You must be kidding me, and of course you didn't hear anything as you probably weren't even there. :-) At least there have been some half decent Boro' fans come on here and give us credit where credit's due.

I really don't get why Stoke fans are so obsessed with how good their atmosphere is? I was expecting it to be 'kin Galatasary V Fenerbache shit the way you built it up. I turned up to a piss poor atmosphere, just like every other ground at the moment.

No doubt you hear a lot of good support on your travels because you are pist on so many times away, crowds tend to be louder when they are winning, you remember winning don't you?

tbh, we've been far, far better in other games. Especially against those who actually bother turning up for their biggest game of the season.
It's not our fault that the top flight has been starved of a decent atmosphere for two decades or so and now absolutely loves to see a throwback to when football crowds actually made a difference.
It's not our fault that we're starting to believe the hype too. Simply get the Sunday papers since August, get someone to read our match reports for you, and then just ponder if the national media and most other sets of fans who have visited the Brit, have all got it so terribly wrong.
For an hour we were average yesterday - still way, way ahead of the very best you lot could ever produce at the Riverside mind, and we were content to watch 1800 poorly dressed people try to figure out their lefts from their rights.
But when your team needs you, I mean really needs you, we are never ever left wanting. Those last 20 minutes or so yesterday was worth a season's worth of noise at your place.

Parmo, make yourself useful....recommend some of your better players that we could pinch off you for next season.
I reckon with Downing, our reserves would be top 3 no problem this time next year. And Wheater would bring in a few more ladies into the Brit, too.

I think the punchline is "I'll stay away from your wife, if you stay away from my sheep" or it could be "yeah, that was our alsation"
Not sure though

It was an experience to say the least. "For an hour we were average yesterday - still way, way ahead of the very best you lot could ever produce at the Riverside mind, and we were content to watch 1800 poorly dressed people try to figure out their lefts from their rights." Nah, back in the day the Riverside was incredible.. it's not like that anymore as people have got bored of the Premier League, just like you will if you miraculously stay up for as long as we do. It is adorable though watching your fans get all excited and a bit big for your boots.

Won't it be a shame to see the back of these wankkers? I had a look at your club website the other day, and there he is grade a wannker Gibson alongside the manager, you're like Blackburn or Wigan a shitty town with a wannk support who've bought your present status.

I quite like their centre half, who is named after the one thing he does on a football pitch.
No, not Ron Ifalloverwhensneezedonandamacheatingplum, but the Hoof fellow. Parmo, if you see him, say at Doncaster in September, please thank the lad for gifting us the throw in that Rory launched into the box in the 84th minute, when all your bloke had to do was stay on his feet.
Thanks.

UEFA Cup final Carling Cup winners FA Cup quarter finalist 4 years running over a decade of consecutive Premier League football. 2 incredible come backs in the UEFA Cup against Basel and Bucharest. Countless wins at Old Trafford Going through against the mighty Roma (now that was a fkin imtimidating atmosphere) Watching players like Juninho, Zenden, Viduka, JFH, Mendieta, Southgate, Downing......... What can you remember in your time of supporting Stoke?

You're pretty run of the mill, if soft as shite. It's adorable. To be fair though Parmo, we don't think we're 'the best fans in the world' as you have put it and it's just that we gained a reputation for giving good, loud support for our team. It's not us that have gone round boasting about our support and instead we've have been branded as 'the loudest fans in England' or whatever by people outside the club. Naturally though, if you've got it, you may as well flaunt it, as they say Imo though, I don't think it's important whether or not we're 'the loudest' etc, and rather I'd prefer just to give the best support we can towards our team and it's just a bit of a bonus that our support has been recognised for the right reasons for a change ;D... I don't see why this argument is so important to you though tbh
