Well that’s Pulis’ style but to be honest I couldn’t care less at this stage in the season, staying up is the only thing that matters. I wonder if he (Pulis) will try and change it for next season in the Prem. I really hope so but I doubt it very much.

I'd rather we play good football and win. That'll always be the dream Spidey. The latter part is 100% more important than the former though.

Don't care about how we play at home, seems to be getting the right results. Hope he changes how we play away from home though.

The football will get better the longer we`re in the premier, you can`t just build a side in one season, the longer we stay here the better footballers we will buy, this season was all about guts and determination which we`ve had in bucket loads, i`d rather be where we are than them west brazillian passing magicians are, The football will get better, just be patient.

We all dream of expansive football and 6-0 victories. It will never happen in this division whilst the big 4 are allowed pay huge wages and massive transfer fees. If Sir Stan was a 17 year old breaking into the team this season, he would be signed by ManU before you could blink. In fact they would probably have poached him from Stoke as a 9 year old

Agree. Allardyce's Bolton are a good blueprint. Stayed up in 01/02 playing very much the way we do, then started to bring in a bit of flair in Okocha, Djorkaeff, Nakata etc. whilst staying direct and retaining their physicality and long throw. It'd be nice to think we could do likewise. I'm not convinced we will, but signings like Etherington and the rumoured move for O'Neill are very encouraging.

I hope you saw Villas attempt to play open football today with much better footballers and what happened to them .We will be exactly as we have been this season and rightly so becasue next season will be even harder, hopefully we can bring in one or two better players to take us towards the level of a Wigan but thats as good as it can ever be unless millions are pumped into the club

It`s all about steady progress. Stay in this league for another 5 or 6 years and we can be competing with Everton at the top of the Prem mini-league division 2.

Objective for this season - Stay up come what may.
If above objective is achieved, Objective for season 2 in the prem - Stay up come what may.
It is easy to say that if we stay up we should sign better players and be able to play attractive football. I aint got the stats but the number of teams that go down in there second season is bonkers.
Anyway, lets make sure we stay up first and not get ahead of ourselves.
