Anyone who was there will vouch that as fans it was a real turning point. Whether it was planned or not, it seemed like the last big party before things got serious. Yesterday felt different too. It feels like we're back to this time last season, and Pottermouth all over again. The nerves are there, but so is the seige mentality, and I love it!! It's all in our own hands, and as fans it feels like we know what we need to do. There's no more time for messing about now, batton down the hatches lads, this is it. Forget last season, this is the one that will change the course of our history forever. Staying in the greatest league in the world will be our finest achievement for over a quarter of a century. Let's Have it......

IMO survival will be our greatest achievement ever

With our spending power (albeit, reasonably good against the teams around us) staying up could prove more fruitful than any of us can believe. I think if we can stay up, we will stay in The Prem for a number of years, adding to the squad to maybe become a team similar to Spurs or Fulham (this season) and be a mid-table to top 8 team. And, occasionally enjoying a very good cup run.
