if we do it we should move the screen to the changing rooms corner and fill the other two but if we fill are going to fill them they'll do it won corner at a time, i can't see it happening till atleast the end of next season

I`d love to see it get done. It would add another 2000 or so seats, improve the atmosphere even more and make the place a bit warmer!!I thought we might have stuck a few seats below the new scoreboard when they were doing the work over there in December, wouldnt have cost much to do it surely.
One rumour doing the rounds was they would build a new, bigger club shop on the JS/Boothen corner if it were to be redeveloped. Wait and see what happens this season, but with money being spent on training grounds, and other things I cant see this appening for a good couple of years minimum.

How do you know this daz? the club did say that they may erect some form of "wind breakers", personally i say unless they`re putting seats in then leave it as the cold adds to the unpleasantness for the opposition.

No way will they fill all corners in during the same year. The Boothen/John Smiths will probably be first. I'd have thought that before they did the South Stand/John Smiths a new shop would have to be built first - possibly detatched from the stadium . One corner at a time is the best we can hope for and I'll make a guess that the first corner will be done in the summer of 2010 if we are still in the Prem next season and look like staying there.

That's the exact reason why i don't actually want them to. For the sake of 2k extra fans (where the extra income pales into insignificance compare to another load of Sky money), it would be better to keep it horribly cold, so big time charlies like Robinho go and stay quiet M

The boothern and the John Smiths corner would take alot of planning. When i had a tour of the ground when i was young...they said it would be difficult to link the John Smiths and Boothern becsue of the height. I'm sure it can be done but wouldn't it take a while?

No problem if it was the JS which was extended round the corner as that is the higher stand. The only tricky bit would be the roof but plenty of stadia have stand roofs which are joined but at different heights.

really cant say garfield..not trying to be an arse m8 but just told in trust. This club is deffo moving in the right direction behind the scenes. There are plans for lots of things which obviously depends on which league we are in/attendencies etc. If we stay up there some of the stuff is fantastic and will put us up there with some of the leading teams in the Prem

... leave the corners open and make the smokers stand there instead of trying to murder all of the non-smokers that dare to go to the boothen end bogs for a piss at half time.......
