Another defeat for the biggest club in the world. Will the media finally come to the conclusion that Keegan's days are numbered? And how long before Keegan quits yet again citing several reasons other than the fact that he's not up to the job.......

I don't dislike the guy personally but I will luv it, luv it if he doesn't make it past the end of the season, purely because of the Geordie jizzfest.

9/1 to go down that would be funny as, on a lighter note does anyone want to buy money stick yourself 5000 on derby to be relegated and you'll get a healthy profit of £1 they are 1/5000 hee hee

Earlier tonight on sky when the presenter said his name he said it in such a way and so slowly that it sounded for all the world like Cave-in Keegan, well it made me smile anyway , small things eh.

I can't see him lasting 12 month myself. Wise to take over when King Kev leaves with Leeds swopping places with Newcastle to the top flight in 2010. You heard it here first.

I would personally spuff my pants if Wise moving to Newcastle failed to prevent them from being relegated whilst simultaneously causing Leeds to miss out on promotion.

nicknacknoo - it appeared that he'd popped a few absinthes during the Arsenal match judging by the look of him in the post-match interview.
He's already got bags under his eyes that 2 Jags Prescott would be proud of; hardly surprising when you've been saddled with Denis Wise as your right-hand man to resurrect the biggest football club in the universe this side of Alpha Centauri.

Think he'll last 12 months. Got a load of crap players there and dont think he'll be given enough time to clear out and bring in who he wants. Hopefully they relegated this season but if not it is 6 points for us next season in prem.

A bit unfair to be calling Keegan's management into question after two defeats by Arsenal isn't it? Not quite as unfair as Allardyce being given the push after not beating us, but unfair nonetheless.

From his body language and interviews he already looks like he regrets taking the job. Watching the demise of the Geordies is a new hobby of mine, better than any soap opera

My God, it was like the Messiah had returned.
I always have this image of a crane suspending Keegan over St.James, wearing a little pink tutu a pair of fairy wings and sprinkling glitter and fairy dust over the supplicant throng .
What did people expect?

To all those posters declaring that they'll "love it" if Newcastle's season continues to metamorphose into shit: You won't achieve the full effect until you don the world's most ridiculous set of headphones.

It's stupid if he goes because even Wenger, Ferguson, Mourinho, Scolari and the like couldn't remedy Newcastle instantly. It's a long, long job.
